Tori

Oh great. Now he's gonna bring Trevor into this? God no...He'll give me a whole lecture.

I sigh and look at Zaen as she signs and I study her before replying, "Yeah. I apologize as well..." I glance at Nephil before looking back at her, "Do you forgive me?"

Nephil

I smile as the two finally forgive each other, and fold my arms as Zaen nods vigirously. she offers her arms for a hug and Zori seems almost anxious to do so, once ther done hugging each other I begin the lesson.

"Very good, The Voltages future is looking very bright. Onto the lesson!" I said.

Zaen comes over as I draw Masamune from its seath and held it with both hands just aboe my right sholder, tighten my grip on Masamune as I ready to use Oblivion Fang. I lock on to a tree and then made it heard.

"Obilvion Fang!" I yelled.

I dashed forward with lightning fast speed as I did I swung repeatedly with a series of slashes, when I reapeared just behind the tree it falls and crumbles into pieces. I turn to look at the astonished faces of Zaen and Tori and smiled.

"Were you two paying close attention?" I ask.

Zaen

I watch Master and don't dare to hide my awe. What did he just do? He asks if we were paying close attention and I nod slowly, having no faith in my ability to do this correctly.

Tori

I stare at him, "Um...Trevor doesn't teach me that way. He breaks it up. To be honest, I have no idea what you just did," I put my hands up in surrender.

Nephil

"That was the Master Swordsman move called Oblivion Fang, before an apprentice may become a Master Swordsman. They MUST master this move." I said.

"And Tori, I suggest you find yourself a proper Bow Master learning a Swordsman's arts is difficult and requires both speed and power. If you so wish, I'll allow you to become a student of mine, but you'll have to work your way from the bottom up. And if you do end up making it to the top of the class out of a thousand others, then you'll probably be training as an apprentice under your sister by then." I said.

Zaen

I nod at Master, smiling inwardly at the thought of becoming a master after this. I can do this. Master wouldn't teach me something I couldn't do. He says something about Tori becoming an apprentice, possibly mine, and I break focus to look at him. Were the Loyalists and Hiddens truly back together as they had been before? Was the gap finally filled?

Tori

I shake my head quickly, "No. I'm Trevor's student," I clarify, "I'm good."

Nephil

I'd make a mental note to talk to her about my brother not being a real master swordsman in the future. But I start the lesson regardless of it.

"Zaen stand by my side." I said walking back into the clearing and facing a standing tree.

She stands by my side as I posistion her carefully in front of the tree.

"Place both hands on your sword and posistion carefully above your right shoulder. Now focus carefully, remember everything you learned up till now. Remember all your hardships that you expereiced in your life, placed the weight of the entire world on your shoulders to give you the power you need to use this move. And use the power you wield to bring peace to the world." I said.

I watch her carefully as I can sense everything in her body just tense up, her grip tightening on her sword. And then the power releases."

Zaen

Master helps me position myself before the tree and hold my sword the right way before going into deeper instructions. I take a deep breath and close my eyes for a moment, thinking of what he told me to. All the running from the past year...all the fighting... I place it on my shoulders as he told me and open my eyes, attempting to do what he did.

Tori

I watch at how she demonstrates her power, slightly amused. That looks easy.

I smirk as she does it, surprised at how she could, "That was cool," I smile.

Nephil

Impressed by Zaen's quick mastery of the sword move, she soon comes back over to me smiling, I give her a proud smile back as she does. I soon face her and bow to her respectfully.

"Welcome Master Zaen you have completed your final passage of rite." I said.

Zaen

I smile and Master Nephil smiles proudly back, bowing respectfully to me.

"Welcome Master Zaen you have completed your final passage of rite," he says.

My smile widens and I resist the urge to jump up and down in my excitement and joy.

Does that mean I can start calling you by your name again? I sign with a smirk.

Tori

Flashing a smile at Zaen, I nod and make my way back inside, "Congrats, sis."

Selena

I make my way into the Tavern, noticing a few others outside, and tap my cigarette on the side of the counter once I get to the bar. My boyfriend, Mark, was on a job and I needed time to myself, though he told me he would try to stop by one way or another. I ordered a scotch and rested my arms on the counter, un-tucking my hair from my jacket.

I wonder if I should get a room. Who knows.

Taking out a wad of cash I stole from James, I flip through it and pass it to the bartender but not before someone else walks into the Tavern.

Mark

Shoulder sore from one of my previous jobs, I head into the tavern on word from a close buddy of mine that my girlfriend Selena was here. I step through and what do you know, there she is. Taking the seat beside her, I smile and kiss her cheek.

"One whiskey please," I order from the bartender, "Miss me, Sel?"
