Hogwarts Adventures, Year 1

Because we all know there aren't enough Hogwarts story books, *cough* *cough* *sarcasm*, I present for your enjoyment, Hogwarts Adventures! If you are a student, I encourage you to be a first year, but you can be whatever year you want.

So here's the plot! Some witches and wizards are tired of hiding. They are making movements for the Wizarding World to go public. Some people are resorting to violence. The Ministry has created a task force of aurors to deal with "Squealers". They are in charge of arresting Squealers and erasing the memories of the muggles they have spoken too. But how long can they hold off before something has to change? Can they stop this uprising, or will the Wizarding World indeed expose itself to the very people who once hunted and killed them?

The Squealers believe the world is ready for them, but most of the Ministry thinks otherwise. Take you side in the debate as a student, teacher, Squealer, or Ministry member. Once there are enough members, I'll announce the first "Event" and let you RP from there. I just ask that you fill out the following form. Also, please state the setting of you post and what group you're responding to, so that we cut confusion. I'll explain.

Suppose I write an RP in Hogwarts, but you want to do one in Diagon Alley. Or maybe I'm doing an RP at Hogwarts, but no the same one that someone else is doing. I would say the setting and group above the post, like this.

Then I'd right the post. I also ask that you use correct grammar, but that's a given. It doesn't have to be essay level immaculate, but don't use chatspeak or anything.

Name: Rylan Havers
Age: 27
Role: Rylan is the head of the movement.
House: Gryffindor
History: Rylan grew up in a family of muggles, so when he found out that the whole world was being lied to, he decided to do something about it. He talked about it a lot at Hogwarts, and he found that even some of the teachers agreed with his ideas. As soon as he was out of Hogwarts, he intended to set the ball rolling.

He planned the movement carefully from the start. After proving himself an adept wizard, he worked towards all-star status. He gave speeches to small groups who he knew agreed with him, then he shot higher, eventually inciting a riot among many of the Wizarding World's youth. The kids admired him and would do almost anything he says.

The movement spread like wildfire, but many Wizards worked against him. Right now, he is wanted by the ministry, so he's gone into hiding. His location is always changing, and for good reasons. He was wanted dead or alive, and the use of an Unforgivable Curse on him is inhibited.

Name: Avril Lestrange
Age: 11
Role: Student
House: Slythern (non-Squealer)
History: All Avril's life she had grown-up in a wizarding family. Every day she heard being born a pure-blood made her more elegant, smarter and better at magic than anyone else in the wizarding world. She grew up in wealth and luxury and is descended from Bellatrix Lestrange. In her opinion the dark lord had all the right ideas, to get rid of muggle born witches and wizards. She hated squealers. She knew about them since she was a young girl. Muggles used to hunt witches and wizards. Avril knew that Muggles wouldn't give wizards, especially pure-bloods their due respect. Soon, magic would be considered commonplace. In Avril's opinion magic was rare and a treaure. Muggles were common and muggle lovers were vulgar. She is now attending Hogwarts and recruiting followers from the school.

History: Donnie grew up with squealers, he could remember all the secret meeting that were held in his home, he often hid in the closet to hear all about the plans and preparations those were his biggest adventures. His Uncle has been taking care of him since the Aurors took his parents away for squealing he was nine at the time. He grew up believing in equality and peace and his heart is almost as strong as steel. And he is determined that Wizards have been in hiding long enough and it is time to unravel their secret.

History:
Verona was always a Ravenclaw, no questions asked.
With her intelligence and sass, there was no question of her being anything else. She was thelove child of a wizard and a witch, who dropped her off at an orphanage when she was born. She doesn't grudge this, rather, she's thankful that she doesn't have any family "weighing her down" though those who know her well say otherwise.

A week before school began, Verona was bored and she defided to pull a prank.

She got called into the Auror office and was offered a choice: Be an undercover spy at the school, or
Personality:
Quirky, fiesty and deviously intelligent. She's one of the smartest students Hogwarts has seen since Hermione. However, unlike the member of the Golden Trio, her knowledge is instinctual rather than bookish. She is no stranger to injuries, or near-death expiriences, considering she has had a long history of pranks. She's a smooth-talker and a natural born liar, and easily worms her way out of tight spots. She likes to take chances and push herself to her limits. She's all about trying something new, having a little fun, and still being in the top five in class. Her specialty is defence against the dark arts, and she is already trying to learn how to turn into an animal - i.e, she's trying to become an animagus.

Long blonde ringlets that reaches her lower stomach, Brown eyes that touch everyone. Flawless skin and she's beautiful and knows it.

Personality: Alia is cocky and stubborn and very manipulative. She's always been the popular girl in school, giving herself more friends then she really needs. She makes the worst of times fun, but has a evil side that only her roomates have seen. She doesn't listen and only listens if it's about gossip or makeup. She might seem just like a little thing, but she's fast and witty, keeping herself the girl that doesn't care about what others think of her.

HIstory: Alia grew up with most of her brothers, making life harder for her. When she turned nine, She mastered how to handle the wand and always became hogwarts prissy girl, keeping her standards higher then everyone elses. Her mother got drunk almost every night with her father, and she hated it how they never payed any attention to her.

Her whole family has consisted of Gryffindor and Ravenclaw students. She traveled to the muggle world once in a while, just to see how they lived. A Boy found out she was a wizard. Now they are best friends, but no one knows about him. By the way, she's Hermione Granger's cousin.
