As my comment has already vanished onto the previous page, I'll leave it up to you two (at least) to ensure that anyone else who posts here is aware. It would be nice if you guys had a private forum for this, but as you don't it's important you follow the YWS rules.

Well, before the Apollo update to YWS there was a "clubs" section which would be perfect for what you guys are doing right now. They were all user-run and you basically got your own mini forum with it. Like I said: perfect.

These are still in existence but inaccessible until Nate finishes replacing that part of the site. We don't know exactly when it'll be back online, but it will be at some point this year. I'll make sure that I let you guys know when it is.

PixieStix -- Don't worry about it. You know now, so you can make sure it doesn't happen again.

I suppose there is another way to get a private forum. But that would involve you guys setting it up, running it, and paying for the web-hosting. How does that sound?

Although a simple Google search did reveal this. It seems there are ways to set up free forums that you'd be able to run yourselves. You guys might want to have a look at these -- they're pretty cool.
