Chaucer~ Thunder

I was in the middle of shooting a blast of lightning when the earth beneath me rumbled and with a loud crack, the ground in front of me opened. "Sorry," A guy outside the training arena apologized. "It seems I interrupted a fight... anyone care to test themselves against me? A fight to better oneself. I believe there's an airbender here?"

"Geez, he doesn't have to be so dramatic, he can just simply ask someone to fight with him." I muttered under my breath. But I was getting tired of this match anyway, time to mix it up. I walked over to the firebender, Luther. "Hey, you wanna fight?"

Dragonette, and, for that matter, all of you, let me teach you a little earthbending lesson. This requires a little imagination and may be stretching the limits of the rules, but what the hey. An earthbender can control earth, correct? Well then, what stops him or her from controlling vines by bending the dust and earth around and inside them? Or water - the mud and sand at the bottom of the seabed - and magma - liquified rock - for that matter? Or diamond, gold, anything that stems from carbon, the primordial element of earth. This is exactly why Mason is so powerful. He's creative.

Mason / Earthbender / Training Grounds

I smirked and surveyed my situation, wrapped in the vines. They were a little tight, but nothing that harmful. That earthbender girl - I forget her name - had broken up my fight with the airbender. But no matter: a fight was a fight. Time to show my fellow trainees exactly who was the most powerful here.
I broke through the vines with a powerful sweeping motion and landed on the ground, causing a massive earthquake - perhaps I had overdone it. Cracks broke through all the floor and irregular jagged spikes protruded from every surface. The earthbender was on the ground, but the airbenders had survived the attack by creating a tornado around them.
My opponent struggled to her feet and, a ferice expression on her face, hurled several bolts of rock at me.
Chuckling, I split the rocks with a clapping motion, then concentrated. I reached down into the earth, feeling all the different metals and minerals, then, once I had found what I wanted, punched upwards. With a screeching sound, my opponent was encased in a diamond shell up to her shoulders.
"Take that," I said, grinning.

Hey LHeart, sorry if I'm making Mason too powerful. On the other hand, I never said only he could do this: it's a skill all earthbenders, if sufficiently powerful, can master. I'll edit if needed, of course.

Be careful, Double I. You're taking the battle too far.

Amos Bronzerune | Training Grounds

I couldn't meditate over the disturbances going on. I decided to stop it before someone gets hurt. I dispersed the battling party with Earth. "For the love of heaven, you're all behaving like children. Since we're all basically roaming the same playground, we have to at least play nice and show respect towards one another. If we're going to play nice, then cut it with the fighting before someone gets into serious trouble." I had an opening in this conflict, so I just had to take it while I had the chance.

Sure. Remember, Mason does it for knowledge. He wanted to see what tricks the other dudes had up their sleeves, that's all. And he's not immature. He can be absent-minded at times and vague, but he's very wise, if a little corrupted from his enhancement.

Mason / Earthbender / Training Grounds

I sighed and released my opponent. No matter: from the look in her eyes, we both knew who had won, who was the most powerful.
"Sound council as always, Amos," I said. "I merely wished to test the other's strenghts. No harm would have come to them."

Arrah

There was a lul in everyones battles, distracted by the earth shaking. Demi landed beside me asking what was going on.
"That earthbender boy caused an earthquake, now he wants to fight an airbender" I replied, then she flew off again. Luther stood starring after Demi, of coarse he hated signing. I opened my fan again, starting to weave fire into delicate patterns when Chaucer, our unenhanced thunder boy, wondered up to Luther and they began sparring. Oh, well then brother you enjoy another battle and I'll do the same.
"Hey, Gem!" I called over to Gemini who seemed to be glarring after Chaucer, "How about that sparring match you always wanted?" A tight and almost crule smile spread across her lips.

Luther

"Hey, you wanna fight?" Someone asked interrupting my thoughts. I looked over, inferior thunder wielding brat, I thought. My reply was to summon a bright, burning handful of fire and practically push into his face.
"A good enough answer?" I said,
"Deffinately!" He said stepping back and beggining his opening forms. I began to stomp on the ground throwing my arms down in the same direction making fountains of fire errupt high into the air. I smiled darkly at the reaction on his face, while he stood stunned I threw my arms out to the side then clapped them together infront of me sending the fountains hurtling towards him.

Gemini Lazarus

I hear Arrah's call for battle and I moved into a fighting stance, but before anything could happen I saw one of those old men walking in. Master Lar, Master of Thunder Bending.

"Gemini Lazarus, you are to come with me at once." He said.

I can hear the demand in his tone, I had no choice but to go. I walked over to him and nodded. I soon looked back to Arrah, and I knew we would fight later. He didn't say anything as he took me up a mountain path, I looked to the sun as I see it close to settting. We walked in silence as we went.

"So why was I summoned?" I asked.

"Silence" He replies in an irrated tone.

I looked back and saw the sun setting as we arrived at a temple, it was hidden by the woods. So I wouldn't be able to get back very easily, we walked inside with a massive room of avatar statues, and I was quickly hurried up the stairs and then took an elevator up, all following Master Lar's intruction's.

Aoron

The earth bender was soon attacked by the other earth bender. Good now all I have to worry about is her We were back up in the air and I sent her more air strikes which she dodged easily except the little bit that cut her arm a bit and sent her flying back a bit. My strikes where all about power. Finally I was getting tired and landed on the ground and looked up at her and signalled her that the fight was over. She gracefully glided own and landed beside me. I nodded at her to show her my acknowldgement of her skills. I wouldn't under estimate her again.
"Whats your name?" I tried mouthing each word so she could tell what I was saying.

Demi~Air

Aaron respectfully nodded to me and I bowed back, acknowledging him as the greater bender. It was good fighting with him, I knew that I had gotten a lot of good training done today, while at the same time holding my own.

"What's your name?" Aaron mouthed

Slowly, I pointed to myself and then demonstrated the sign for name. And I fingered spelled my name. Aaron looked totally lost. I sighed and tried again, slower. Holding up the sign for "D", I traced it in the air and then continued on with an "E" when he nodded. Following with an "M" and lastly an "I"

"Demi," I said out loud. I didn't like to talk but I still knew how, from my past as growing up a hearing child. We shook hands, and then I left, ready to shower up and get ready for lunch.

Gemini seemed to decline my sparring invitation as she was called away by Master Lar. No matter, there will always be another time. The sun was high, barely casting shadows on the ground around us, meaing that it was time for lunch. I didn't feel to shower, I'd showered this morning and I hadn't exerted myself during the day nor had I covered myself in soot like the last time I had sparred. I saw Demi wondering across the courtyard, completely oblivious to me if I shouted, so to grab her attention I threw a thin strand of fire across her path. When she looked over I waved frantically, badly signing the sign for lunch.

Luther

Chaucer managed to deflect the blast with his sheild, as if a true bender would need such a thing, in the nick of time. Before I could continue my onslaught Master Eire, the master of Fire Bending, called me away.
"Luther! Come with me," He didn't have to shout or ask, he simply had to say what he wanted and it would be done; he carried that authority, as did all the masters here.
"Yes, Master Eire?" I asked following him.
"Just follow," He replied sharply.

Amos Bronzerune | Training Grounds

I tied my hair out of my eyes. "Still, you and a number of others were acting like quarrelsome children fighting over a toy. If I have to babysit all of you, then I will with a firm grip on those of you who don't behave. I was busy meditating in my quarters and you just had to start a quarrel that would've boiled over and destroyed the place if I didn't jump in. The next time I have to do that, I'm putting each of you in a tight spot that only I could remove you from." I sighed. Rye and I were the eldest benders of the pupils, but it seems to me that I was the parent of the entire group. "If you all want to behave like children, at least play nice so I wouldn't have to make you behave. We're all playing in the same playground, so we have to play nice and learn to share." I looked around. "Must I spell it out to the rest of you, or did I make myself clear?"
