Power: He exudes an (impalpable - I speak metaphorically) aura which makes him naturally likable and more charismatic
Appearance: Sooth's tall, around 2 meters, with black hair and eyes, pale skin, and rocks a pencil-mustache with all the charisma that is an inherent part of the personality. He constantly wears tasteful khakis and a shirt, with a not-so-tasteful lizardskin belt.
Personality: He's suave, soft-spoken, elegant, charming, charismatic, and above all, deadly. He loves having his own way, classical music, and good food. and dislikes insubordination, rock music, and being proved wrong. He always looks for an opportunity no matter what happens. He's actually a nice guy, when he's not trying to kill you, that is. Referred to as his men as 'the good-mannered Hitler'.
History: Sooth was raised in a rich and ambitious family, from which he was schooled, disciplined, and so on. He eagerly took the drug, and never regretted the consequences. However, it did leave him with a burning hatred for the 'weak', thus his crazed bloodlust.

Nah, he's good the way he is. He's gonna be trying to collect enough force to fuel a rebellion but won't do the dirty work himself. His power makes it easier. Also, his power in the profile on the actual thread is the definite one. The one here is not the right one.
