Eagle Crest Hallows

Jace is healed and Rayah takes off again. He glances up at the dragon-girl, who is moaning in pain. As much as he was supposed to despise her for what she did to him, the child inside doesn't deserve it. He pulls himself up, stumbling over, and hesitates before dropping two feet in front of her.
"What hurts?' He asks.

Skylar

"Too... Much mental strain.... held it to long... Diablo...." I moan as the guy kneels down besides me.

Jace studies her, unsure what to do, and stands. "Hold on."
He walks back in the house and looks at Rayah, already knowing what her reaction would be.
"Ray, can I talk to you for a second?"

Rayah

I look down at Logan, the child I'm holding and shake my head. "I already know what your gonna ask and the answer is NO." I said sternly.

"Rayah, she's with child." He says back, glancing at Logan. "She may not deserve it, but the baby does."

Rayah

"Jace, I wouldn't have faught her if she didn't throw the first punch. It was her choice and she knew that if anything happened then this is how it would end up. She had time to think about it and she made the wrong desicion. That's it." I sighed, taking Riley from Becca.

Jace sighs, looking at the front door. "If it was you... Ray, think of the kid."

I stop when he says that and I look at him. "You don't understand do you? I've had childhood experiences with Dragons and they were always the reptiles I hated. Baby or not I am not healing her." I swallow, looking back at Riley.

He looks at her, not appreciating her tone. He takes Riley and Logan from her, handing them gently off to his sisters-in-laws, and pulls her into the hallway.
"A child, Rayah. A child. As innocent as our own." He whispers, looking her in the eyes.

Skylar

I feel Diablo at my side cradling me in his arms as he crys out for me, I do my best to respone but I feel myself sliping away into eternal darkness. I wasn't going to last much longer.

"Skylar! please be alright Sky! please." He cries, his tear's hit my face I feel them.

I look at Jace. "I don't care. Look what she did to my face! I'm gonna have a claw mark or scar across my eyes, nose and mouth because of her!" I said, yelling in a whisper.

Jace looks at her, shaking his head, and backs up. "I don't even feel like I know you anymore. What happened to your morals? How do you not see us out there in them?!"

I try to keep my power inside and I walk away, not answering. "Ugh!" I yell, walking to the kitchen and washing the blood from my face.

Jace watches her, shaking his head, and walks back outside, checking on the couple.
"Just have her lie back." He orders. "I'll get her something to drink."

I try to heal myself but the cuts are too deep. Jesse comes next to me and sets a hand on my shoulder. "Wash it out again." I sigh and do as she says. "Now wash is out with soap.

I look at her, "But that's gonna hurt!"

She does it herself and I let out a low scream.
