Eagle Crest Hallows

He smiles and kisses the side of her face, standing. "How about breakfast then?"

I nod, "Sure."

The feeling in my stomach spreads and soon causes me to shift again, setting a hand atop it.

He studies her. "You sure you're feeling alright?"

I nod, "I'm not sure..." I said. The feeling hits me and I close my eyes, something in my stomach breaking.

Her face pales and he sits back at her side, setting a hand on the side of her face. "Ray?"

I open my eyes and look at him, "W-What?"
It hits me again and I let out a slight scream.

Her scream frightens him and he stands, thinking he did something wrong. It hits him and he pales, swallowing.
"Uh, I'm gonna call a doctor, Ray." He tells her. "I'll be right back."

It starts to hurt like hell. "J-J-J-Jace!" I yell, breathing heavily. "H-Hurry!"

Jace calls the house doctor they'd requested and then hurries back to Rayah, taking her hand and setting his arm behind her head. "He's coming, Ray, just hold on."

I nod, closing my eyes. I started shaking, "I-It's hurting me." I said, setting a hand on my stomach, tears falling.

He wipes her tears and nods, kissing her forehead. "I know. It's gonna. It'll be better soon though, I promise."

I cough a couple times and the doorbell rings. It startles me again. I realize what it is and throw a pillow over my face to stop from screaming.

Jace hesitates before rushing to the door and dragging the doctor in.

I peek through the pillow and see a man walking in with a suicase. "W-W-Who's that?"

"This is Dr. Burton, Ray." Jace sits beside her, taking her hand again. "It's okay. He's gonna make sure everything goes alright."
