the begining kinda sucked but it got so much better.
its about this girl called lucy who's17. she ran away from home and wanted to join a magical guild. she meets natsu who is a member of the famous Fairy tail guild. they have a reputation of destroying things when they go for missions. (they're not bad guys they just dont know how to fight without destryoyin something) there's a lot that happens it gets funny too. (spoiler alert) the episode i watched they went to an island owned by their guild to carry out a competition to see who would become an 's' class wizard. (i forgot to mention they do magic. 's' class is a high level) but then the island was attacked by another guild. (theres a lot of deeper stuff i can't write it all down) that guild was looking for a wizard that people use to fear like 500 years ago. but when they found him he was all kind and nice, after a while he woke up to his real nature and the whole island was destryoyed. no one could find those fairytail members. the big twist was that 7 years past and the island returned. they felt like they were mut for a week. everything else changed back at home. lucy finds out her dad passed away. but he sent presents to her room the past years (they didnt have a good relationship so it was kind of shocking)
