The Moosehead Tavern [2]

Jace gets an idea and walks towards Jasmine.
"Hey, whatcha got there?" He asks.

Jasmine smiles, "Rayah's gun." She said giggling.

Jace smiles back. "Can i see it?"

"No." She holds it away from him and laughs.

"Come on," Jace smiles, "just once."

She shakes her head, "You know, I can read minds." She says shaking her head at him. "That's my power. So don't even try." She giggles and keeps playing with it.

Jace sighs. "C'mon. That's dangerous."

Jasmine giggles and shakes her head. "No It's not!" She yells and loads it. She shoots one at the wall and I run towards Jace, pulling him back. "Don't." I say to him.

Ooh! I have an idea! Have Jace or Joseph or Sai get shot! Lol. Kalen's a healer so they won't die, but still!

Jace pulls Rayah behind him protectively.
"Jasmine, you could really hurt someone."

Jasmine giggles, "No." I step infront of Jace. "She's like that. She won't care." I kissed him, "Don't do this."

Jace pushes Rayah back behind her and kisses her one last time before...

Jasmine shot one at the table, one at the wall and the other hit Jace. I screamed and rushed for him, "Jace?! Jace!"

Jace's eyes shut as soon as the pain came. His knees give out and he collapses to the floor, falling against Rayah.
Joseph jumps up and rushes to them, Sai soon behind. Kalen makes his crying face and walks over.
"Lie him back." Joseph instructs. "Keep pressure on the wound. I'll go get something to help."
He jumps up and runs to the bar.

"Jace?! Jace, look at me." I ripped off a peice of my sleeve and pressed it against his chest. "Joey! We need to get that gun away from Jasmine before she loses it!"

Kalen walks up to Jasmine and holds out his hand, his stern face on. He waits for her to hand it over, staring her down until she does.
