There was never any The Lounge 1.5. The last released version of The Lounge 1.x series was 1.4, which was a due to a hiccup. The Lounge 1.4 has since been successfully integrated into The Lounge 2.0.

All further releases of The Lounge should be full releases, barring any further hiccups or insanity.
