"Thank you." Jace says. "For understanding, I mean. And...Rayah mentioned a law a while back... H-how does this fit in with that?"

He says hoping he's right.

Just keep her in sight and you won't have a problem.

"Okay. Thank you." Jace says.
He walks back in the room and hands the phone back to Rayah, thinking they might want to talk again.

"Daddy?"

Hey sweetheart, everythings gonna be okay, I promise.

I nodded, "I know, don't worry."

Alright, If you need anything. Please darling, call me.

I smiled, "I promise."

I hung up and took a deep breath. "That went better then I thought."

Jace sits beside her and nods, taking a deep breath to calm himself.

I smile, "What did he say to you? Did he yell?"

Jace shakes his head, flashing a smile.
"Well, at first, but he calmed down a little after I tried to explain."

I nodded, "Good." I stood up, and tried to get my balance. I looked in the mirror. My stomach wasn't huge, it was slightly bigger then usual. I turned to my side and felt my stomach. "Ha, I haven't even changed yet." I smiled. "Yay."

Paradox!

Paradox walks in and announces himself,

"J.A. Paradox! I'm here! I'm loud! And now I'm kind of hungry, is there any food?" he says.

He finds Rayah and Jace sitting there, emotional.

"Oh By Time, Rayah and Jace!" he moves over towards them and gives them both a hug. Turning to Rayah,

"How are Riley and Logan doing, those little rascals?" he chuckles. Rayah just looked at him, confused.

"Paradox?" Jace asks, the name only slightly familiar. "Who's Logan and Riley?"

I look confused at him. "Who the hell is Riley and Logan?" I feel something in my stomach move and I move with it, putting my hand on my stomach.

"I'm J.A. Paradox, your friend? I also know Andrew, I'm sure you know him." he laughs and turns to Jace.

"Your children? Riley and Logan? You don't -" he says, then looks at Rayah stomach.

"Oh, haha, um," he laughes.

"Ooops."

"C-children?" Jace asks. "You mean, there's more than one?"
Paradox nods and Jace almost faints, catching himself before he can and shaking his head with a hand over his mouth.

"What the hell are you talking about?!" I said confused. "You are starting to creep me out." I said backing away.

"I often find myself in that situation, but fear not! I know you, you know me. We are friends. You once even let me babysit Riley and Logan, those two were so cute!" Jace is shaking his head, and Rayah is just confused.

"I'm really messing with you're guys' timeline aren't I?"
