Lis (Recruited)

"No," Lis smiles at his motion, "they're...looking for another job. Like, the store...But a new one."

Arah (The Akachi)

"Are you sure you can't explain what's going on?" he asked sadly.

Lis (Recruited)

She sighs. "We're thieves. Our father more than us. Brandon and I were kind of forced into it."

Arah (The Akachi)

He nodded as if understanding. "I was forced into my job as well," he said.

Lis (Recruited)

She flashes a smile at his understanding and nods.
"But ours isn't playing for the good team..." She says.

Arah (The Akachi)

Arah raised his eyebrow at this statement. "Then, why don't you run away or something?" he asked fearing her safety.

Lis (Recruited)

"Because my father...He's manipulative. He's all we have and we don't know how to make it without him. We've already got a record. We wouldn't know how to live outside of the way we are now." She replies.

Arah (The Akachi)

"I can take care of him," he said frowning.

Lis (Recruited)

Lis furrows her brow in confusion. "What do you mean?"

Arah (The Akachi)

He just smiled at her, cheerfully.

Lis (Recruiteed)

She smiles back, sending him a questioning look.
"C'mon. Tell me." She says.

Arah (The Akachi)

"You know what I mean," he said chuckling.

Lis (Recruited)

"You're talking about my father, right?" She smiles.

Arah (The Akachi)

"Correct," he said.

Lis (Recruited)

"Oh..." She nods, smiling. "I see. And by 'take care of' you mean get rid of, correct?"
