so if you read the last percy jackson book you'll remember that there was another great policy.turns out it didn't take to long to come like they thought
but these five new demigods are of different nationalities. one american one japanese one african one indian and one ausrtalian.they dont know each other but each of them have met once in there life but they just can't remember. they chat with eachother online not knowing their identities. in each of their countries they have their own demigod camp. but in japan there's an earth quake so they came to a base in canada. the oracle sent the australian and american to canada as well and the indian is told to go to canada by some mysterious person.african was sent to canada by a relative as a "refugee" which clearly isn't the case.

as you can see they are all drawn into canada more specifically northern canada.
they don't know why canada when oympus is in america. the whole point was to get away from olympus but not to far.

there are five main charecters each who are sons and daughter of the greek god of your choice.
there are other demigods too.
or any charecter you would like to add eg a( a human, witch or something)
and also evil charecters

we start the story off with each of the main charectors in their home country. if you want you can change their reason for leaving.
please state who you will be and your charecteristics :D

i want to be the african demigod of egypt!

in my cousins house

"Ramzi! get off that computer and come eat lunch!" ramzi's mother hollard. "comimg!" he shouted back turning towards me, "come eat lunch with us cleo i'm sure my mother won't mind...i think"
i smiled at him. ramzi was my cousin i snuck into his room that day. his parents didn't know i was hear. as far as they were concerned they thought i was "bad influence" for their son.that was an excuse they used to tell people who knew we were related.
one other nice women came to them one time "why do you treat you your neice like a stranger!" she demanded. i don't know what kind of lie they fed her because the very next day she hated my guts.
they didn't care if i starved to death "Ramzi go before she comes i'll use your computer."
ramzi made a sad face before smiling and saying," i'll sneak you some food."
i smiled at himwondering how he and his parents were related. maybe he was adopted? but im pretty sure he has their blood in his vein.

i looked at my face book noticing one of my freinds had just logged of. i sighed. there was nothing interesting going on/ i started chewing on this part of my neckless that had words i could not read at its centre. when i did this it meant i was thinking. right now i was wondering what the english word refugee ment.
some one i don't know sent me a message saying that:
congradulation!you have been one of those few selected to win free flight tickets to canada. you will be leaving the country as a refugee and don't worry about your visa and passport. all will be provided to you.
at first i thought it was a horrible joke but then i found this weird book beside my head on the ground where i slept i read the cover "pass-port"
ok so this joke was getting old why would i ever leave egypt? and even if i wanted to i don't know where the airport is.

I looked at my room and saw that there was a passport to LA on my pillow.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Mum cried, running out of my closet.
"YAY!" I squealed.
"The plane leaves in 3 days. So be ready!" Mum cried.
It was a dream come true.

Kala Matin - Dhaka, Bangladesh - Daughter of Athena

My father was sorely superstitious, and ever since my mother vanished he took me every year to a fortune teller, always paranoid that I would disappear as well. He told me that she ran away with another man who was richer than he was and that she didn't matter at all to him. It was evident that he lied through his teeth. He was a magician, but not the type who would stand on street corners and do card tricks. He was a healer, well known in Bangladesh, and many people relied on for spiritual guidance, and if he told them it was magic, they would gladly believe him. He trained me in this and I caught on rather fast, however, I was studying at secondary school in order to become a real doctor. I was more secure in the field if science, the most widely accepted type of magic, could back me up.

It was every birthday that my father would take me to an old friend of his, known to me only as Jyoti. This year marked my 16th birthday, a special year for me, as it meant an advancement in my education and opportunity.

"Hello," she smiled and handed me a cup of chai and sat me down in a rickety old chair on the porch of a old, but well cared for, stone building. She looked me up and down carefully. "Eat less meat, you are getting thick," she noted on the side. She was known for her blunt, biting commentary. She grabbed my hand and traced the lines in it, spread out a deck of ancient looking cards and lit 3 candles of varying heights, though it was the middle of the day. After 10 minutes of tense silence, my father worriedly adjusting his beard, or his clothing and I sitting as still as possible as Jyoti touched my hair, my fingertips, blew smoke in my face, and mumbled things over me.

"Very interesting." She finally proclaimed, patting her own aged hand on my head. "I will speak to your father."

She left with my father who was trembling enough to upset some of the linen carts 10 yards away.

My father met me some time later. "She suggested you go to Canada to study. They have very advanced facilities for you, you could get really ahead. You have much opportunity as a woman there. I have been saving money for university for you, but you will go to Canada and study with others. It will be very good." I could tell he was saddened, he spoke in broken Farsi when he was unhappy. "You will have to go next week or you will lose the opportunity. You must get home and prepare."

We walked home in silence and, after a week, I boarded a plane, leaving Bangladesh, and all of my memories behind. I had only a slip of paper with instructions on it to guide me once in Victoria, British Columbia. I was nervous that I would get lost, that my student visa would not be valid, or that my heavily accented English could land me in trouble. However, on the plane, I pushed these thoughts from my mind and slept deeply.

Looking outside of ramzis bedroom window I looked at the clouds all mesmorized.they were so peacfull. The wind gently blew into my face carrying a voice woth of.
" my dear younge one go to Canada where I have choosen for you a school." The voice sounded like it was in my head. I regarded it as my imagination never the less I thought "why Canada. I don't even know how to get there."
And the voice replied" right now it is more safer for you and people of your kind" I wrinkled my nose at the mention of people of my kind but then the voice returned."trust my guidance" thinking about it carefully cleo somehow recognized that voice and decided going to Canada didn't sound so bad after all.
