anne i heard a childs distant cry somewhere.it was like a weird dream. "mommy!" i heard again this time feeling something softly hitting my back. it was a weird dream it sounded like my little daughter. "mommy!" little emma cried. i opened my eyes and saw her looking down on me with tears in her eyes. my head felt heavy. i racked my brain trying to remember what had happened. just then my heart jolted and i sat straight up. "the plain crashed!" my voice cracked.oh no! i put my hands on my stomach. "is my unborn child ok?" i couldn't help but worry for its life. even though i shouldn't have , i still got on the plane. i'm only 18 and i was 6 months pregnant with my second child. "mommy..." emma cuddled besides me. i don't know how she survived but i was so thankful she wasn't badly injured.

My head... I opened my eyes and wondered where the heck I was. I saw a plane wing smoldering not far from me. I remembered now - the plane spinning out of control, people shouting, and general chaos. Now everything was quiet.
"Mommy!" I hear a little girl's voice not far away. At least she sounds okay... I managed to rise. My leg tried to give out from underneath me and my arm - well, I couldn't move my arm - but I staggered towards the voice. I needed to find people. People meant help, and help meant survival.

Getting no response to my call, I bring myself to stand and find what horid state I'm actually in. My head pounds with each breath and my forearm had been cut by something. I hear a little girl call out in the distance and decide to head that way. If I found a little girl, chances are I'd find a mother. If I found a mother, chances are i'd find someone who could help me. But, then again, I'm never too accurate about chance.

the person was coming closer. i tensed. from my experience the men who approached me always were bad news.

I woke up, groaning at the pounding in my temples. I remembered the plane ride, and the subsequent crash... What hit me, man? I feel like a I've got a hangover from 5 nights of drinking. I stagger up, only to realise I can't move. My ankle's broken. "Hey! Anyone out there? I'm back here! Hey, I can't move!" Luckily, I've landed quite close to the plane itself. I see someone appear over the horizon, close to the smoking wreckage of the plane.

Elly looked around hazily as she sat up, then it all came back to her, the crash, the screaming and the confusion, she looked around a little more throughoutly, and seeing nothing she stood up. She stumbled forward because she had stood up a little bit too quickly and all of a sudden her foot started to sink like the sandy ground was trying to gobble her up into its huge irksome mouth. While she was trying to pull out the leg that was stuck, the other stumbled forwards and she was now in… “QUICKSAND. Ahh somebody, anybody, HELP!!!!!” She yelled and screamed… loudly, hoping that someone heard her.

"Hey, I can't move!" I stopped as the voice reached me. Although I'd heard a little girl, she had sounded okay - this voice was far away, but they definitely needed help.
Then another voice came. "Quicksand! Somebody, anybody help!" The cry came from the opposite direction.
I froze, my gaze swiveling between the two voices. What do I do?

Emma was shaking.i looked at her back and noticed a dark red part of her shirt.she was bleeding. for some reason the man didn't come to us he turned away.that was good. i didn't like men. i cleaned emma's wound then got up to look for women survivors.
