We reach a room downstairs and Elsa takes my hand. I give it a squeeze and look up at her reassuringly.
"It's alright." I tell her. "I'm here."

*I think this is right, tell me if I messed up.*
Elsa-
Jayden squeezes my hand.
"It's alright, I'm here," he says.
"I know," I say, smiling. We stay in the room, silent for some time. Then an odd noise starts up, like hundreds of tiny legs clattering against the concrete floors. A spider crawls through the crack beneath the door. Then another, and another, and another.
"What's happening?" I ask, still clutching Jayden's hand.

"What's happening?" Elsa asks, squeezing my hand even tighter.

The sound of thousands of tiny legs against the walls echoes through the room and I glance at the others. Kelsey, shifting, bolts out of the room, leaving us. I get a similar idea and look at Elsa.

"Follow me, alright? Don't touch the ground or the walls if you can." I say, letting go of her and shifting.

My wounds scream out at me, threatening to start bleeding again, but I ignore them and chase after Kelsey as fast as I can, Elsa flapping behind me. New pricks and pangs of pain bite at my skin and I imagine I'd picked up a few tiny friends along the way. I can only hope the bites aren't as toxic as I fear, and that Elsa isn't experiencing the same thing.

As soon as I was submerged by water, I felt myself start to panic. I hated water with a passion and it wasn't because I was a snow leopard either. I just didn't like water. Blighton had transformed when he hit the water, so I was now swimming with a shark. He seemed to notice the panic, so he helped push me up to the surface. Taking a gasping breath, I started to feel better.

I glanced around at my surroundings, only to see a lion standing on the shore staring in my direction. It was Laiel, and coming toward him was a wave of spiders. next thing I know, he is covered with them. Without hesitation, I started to swim as fast as I could toward the shore.

"Blighton! Laiel is on the shore, we need to help him!" I shouted while trying to swim faster, hoping he could understand me. He must of because he was suddenly beside me. I grabbed on to his fin and he took me as close as he could. Making it the last couple feet, I started to bat spiders off of him. The only way I could do this was getting him into the ocean, where he had a better chance at least. I started to drag him to the ocean, when spiders started to crawl on my arms. Ignoring them I continued to pull.

It's great!

Laiel

Suddenly the spiders attacked. Laiel writhed under their legs, feeling stings as they bit. Someone was shouting, and suddenly someone was slapping at him, then pulling. Thinking he was under attack, Laiel reared and flailed. Suddenly, he fell into water even as he was pulled there. His eyes burned as he shut them, and everything became muffled. Salty water forced its way into his mouth, down his throat, as he tried to scream or roar. He hardly even realized that the spiders were gone. Frantically, he pawed his way to the surface.

Bursting into the air, Laiel gasped for breath as well as in terror, flailing in the water, trying to kick and claw and gasp and roar all at the same time. He knew how to swim as a lion, but he couldn't seem to think straight long enough to take control of his own body. The shark was right there. Someone - something in the back of his head registered it as Adrien - was trying to calm him, but he was in the sea, and there was a shark, and... and...

Suddenly she was right in front of him, and he found himself looking at her eyes. It was just a moment, but suddenly he couldn't move his gaze anywhere else. Those eyes mesmerized him - how had he never noticed them before? They were so pretty. Everything else seemed to vanish. Laiel realized that she looked distressed, and for some reason the last thing he wanted to do was distress her. He still couldn't stop staring into those eyes, treading water without even realizing he was in it, his chest heaving as he caught his breath.

No, I think that it's cute. :)

Adrian

I managed to drag Laiel in water, with him kicking and screaming all the way. As soon as I got deep enough, he started to panic. He was trying to swim, trying to stay afloat, but not succeeding. Automatically I swam over to him. Blighton was swimming in a circle around us, obviously worried. I felt my stress start to rise, I had to get him to calm down.

Suddenly, his eyes locked with mine. I saw intense fear in his eyes and then it disappeared. He started to tread water and take deep grasped breaths. I felt as if someone had taken a 30 pound weight off my chest. He was safe. I could feel him study me. Under his stare I felt my cheeks start to turn red.

"Liael, I-" I was cut off when I suddenly saw something move out of the corner of my eye. Laiel must have saw it too because his head turned. Little dark objects were coming toward us. Upon closer look, they were spiders.

"Blighton, take Liael! I'll follow you!" I shouted.

Elsa-
I followed Jayden as fast as I could, a few spiders deciding to turn hitchhiker and jumping- yes jumping- onto my wings. It stung, but I knew it must be worse for the others, so I flew on, following Jayden as closely as possible.

The pricks and pangs become more frequent and painful as I go, Elsa flying close behind me. I stop in a clearing and shake out my fur. I shift and brush the rest of the spiders off of me only to realize the mass amount surrounding my feet and crawling up my legs.
I look up at Elsa, then around for a way out of this mess, everything sore and achy. My eyes set on a cliff, but my feet don't move towards it like I want. Fatigued and woozy, I swallow and try to clear my mind.
"Els..." I try and remember what I had to say. "Els, the cliff."
I point towards it and gather myself, shifting and moving towards it at a slower pace.

Cora-

I was shoved into the room with Diablo, who was sitting on the ground, surrounded by spiders. I walked through the army and sat down next to Diablo. I was bored, and I was very aggravated by Gale.

God I wanted to snap that kid's neck. And if he wasn't so damn deadly I would've a long time ago. I was going to play with Diablo's loyalty.

"Diablo?"

"Yeah?

I leaned close to him, and kissed him for a long moment. This was going to be easy, and he was going to be my tool for escape.

I pulled away. "We need to get out, and I want to get Gale." He nodded like he was very shellshocked.

"Els, Els, the cliff," Jayden says, then tries to make his way that way. He's struggling, close to succumbing to the bites. I change and start helping him.
"No," he says, but I ignore him and brush as many spiders off of him, helping him to his feet when he falls and helping him forward when he has trouble moving. I bit to lip from crying out as a particularly hairy spider bites my arm. I quickly brush it off Jayden before it bites him too. The going is slow, but we're making progress.

Okay. Last post for me tonight. Redfang asked us to slow down.

Jayden

Elsa shifts and helps me, brushing the spiders off of me while supporting half my weight. She has none of my protests, continuing to help me as we head for the cliff.

"Els, when we get there, I want you to keep going." I say, not sure how much longer I could stumble along as my eyes begin to droop. "I-I need you to keep going."

She shakes her head, almost terrified at the thought of leaving me behind, and I flash a smile.

"You have to, Els. I'm no use now. I'm slowing you down. That spider bastard can't get all of us, alright?"

I plaster a light smile, losing feeling in my right hand from a bite.

Laiel

Adrian looked a little calmer, and that made Laiel feel better somehow. She started to blush and he realized vaguely that he probably shouldn't be staring at her, but the thought vanished as her eyes flickered. Turning to see what she saw, he bit back a curse - and a scream.

The spiders were hopping across the water.

"Blighton!" Adrien shouted. "Take Laiel! I'll follow you!"

Of course. Laiel almost laughed. The shark was Blighton. Suddenly he was being carried away on his back.

"Wait!" he cried. He couldn't leave Adrien there to be bit... who knew what...

What had he been thinking? He couldn't quite grasp it. Suddenly, he saw something. It was the woman, the woman from the shark attack, the woman whose blood had spilled into the water. She was staring at him. Accusing him. Of what?

"I'm sorry," he tried telling her, but she wouldn't go away. Now she was being dragged down. Laiel reached out to grab her, but it was too late and she was gone. Again.
Spoiler
In case this doesn't make sense, Laiel has started hallucinating due to spider venom.

Blighton-

I pulled Laiel onto my back. i stuck my head underwater and callled for some of my shark friends.

"One of you retrieve the spider venom from my old base, one of you carry Adrian, and the rest kill the spiders." I told them.

They immediately did my bidding. The shark with the medicine was back and Adrian on top another shark was adminstering it Laiel and the other bitten sharks.

We got deeper in the ocean and the waves became larger and stronger. Soon the spiders could follow us no more.

I told another shark to get two breathing appartuses for Laiel and Adrian, as Adrian might not have any more air. They put them on and we dove deep under water.

We stopped a little before a coral reef. I left Adrian and Laiel under the protection of some sharks and I headed back to base. I reached the bottom of the cliff and saw Jayden and Elsa on top.

"Jump! We'll catch you!" I yelled. Many sharks surfaced to soften their landing, if they jumped.

I do hope this isn't godmodding. After all, Roger was bitten by spiders, hence unconscious and brought to Gale

Gale- Evil

I hit the wall of the room I was in in frustration. My impressive army, and only one, a pathetic kid, had been caught.
He stood before me, shivering in fear, though I had administered him an anti-venom.
"What's your name, kid?" I asked, as kindly as I could.
"R-roger" he replied, eyes wide.
"Don't worry, Roger" I said. "I'm not going to hurt you... if you behave. Understand?"
He nodded. "W-what's going on?" he then asked.
"There's been an unfortunate accident" I said. "Shifters betrayed each other, changed sides, and so on. You can't trust them, Roger. You can't trust any of them- but me. Stick by me, and nothing'll happen to you. Leave and die now"
Roger gulped, but said nothing.
"What animal can you shift into?" I asked, smiling.
