"Sir! I believe that I may have some friends who can help." I said to the police officer. "Ok, but where are they Detective Mara?" he replied. "Oh, they'll be here soon. I sent them a message during class so they will come to this exact location." I answered, looking around.

I looked at my watch. Past ten minutes from the time allotted to me! I ran faster. People were looking and whistling at me. Rowdies, they are! Kathleen got me late too because her stupid toast got fried! I rubbed of all these memories.
There it is! The Police Station!
I ran into there, and then into the cabinet of the officer. I stopped and took hold of the door, catching up with my breath. I exhaled deeply and let it out. Mara and the officer were looking at me.
"Are you okay?" Mara asked me.
"Yeah, thanks!" I said. "Sorry, am late. I know everyone's reached. I'm just so-"
I looked around.Sammy and Marcus hadn't reached. Where were they?
"You're right in time, if you're comparing it with the other's." The police officer told me.
"Oh right." I replied. "I did see them walking out of school but, I don't know where they are. Maybe its because they're walking and I was--" I talked fast.
"Running." Mara interrupted and completed my sentence.
I pointed over her, which gave Mara the sign that she was right.

I'm here, I'm here." I said, walking in with my hands up in surredner. I glanced quickly to admire the light pink coat I had put on my finger tips this morning. I had survived the drive here.
"How are you this morning officer?" I extended my hand, and he shook it.
"Well, and yourself?" He raised an eyebrow. I suspected he was analyzing me.
"Under the circumstances, fine." I looked around, "Where's Marcus? He said he'd be here."
"We're not sure; though he still has like a minute before he's offically late." Mara pointed out.
I looked around, hoping to spot him through the early morning mist.

I was really starting to get a annoyed at the tardiness of these guys. "You really need to get your timeing right. If you don't you miss a clue or you go..." I slid my finger across my neck in the international sign for death. Sammy gulped and Elise looked scared. "What she is trying to say is that the person of interest may attack again and you may be too late to save anyone, including yourself." the officer cut in before I could say anything else to scare them into shape.

No, No! I was very, very late. I'd slept in and hadn't made it to the class I was supposed to get the note in. As it was, I 'd been asked by a classmate why I wasn't with Sammy.
I sprinted up to the group, a feat for me. I glanced apologetically at Mara and tried to look as inconspicuos as possible. I don't think I succeeded.
I looked at Marcus as he sprinted towards us. He looked really sorry when he glanced at me. I just glared at him. "Try to be on time next time, Marcus." I snarled. He just nodded in reply.

"I promise, I'll be on time, next time." I said, as Mara spoke fiercely at us. I sort of got scared, the way she spoke to me and Sammy.
Just then, Marcus sprinted towards Mara, his face giving signs that he was extremely sorry.
"Try to be on time next time, Marcus." Mara snarled at her.

I frowned and looked at the officer. He was staring at my camera I had bought in. I hid it inside my bag, just that minute but was a tad late.
"That's a very fancy camera, you've got there." The officer said. "But why'd you bring it, today?"
I was doomed. I had to say the truth. I took my camera and looked at Sammy, Marcus, Mara and the officer.
"Well, I wanted to tell you all before but, i didn't trust anyone. Let's get on to it. I have some pictures here, which would show some evidence to the murder." I said, showing them the pictures. The first one was of a shadow, which had a knife in his hand, and was about to kill the girl. Her shadow was there on the picture too.
The second one was of the blood, on the floor. There were footsteps lead by the blood too.

I gasped. "I wish you had shown me earlier! I thought that I was the only one who witnessed the murder!" I wasn't very happy with Elise keeping secrets but then again, I was glad not to be alone when it came to having witnessed the murder.

Mara gasped and said, "I wish you had shown me earlier! I thought that I was the only one who witnessed the murder!"
God, she really does think she's the queen of the World. Of course, I knew about the murder.
"Well, I couldn't trust you with a blink of an eye, could I?" I told them.
Sammy nodded, and Marcus turned pale again. What's up with him? The officer, looked at them carefully. He seemed to be finding clues about it.
"You should have told me atleast, Elise. One of my friends too died." Sammy said, looking over to me. Her eyes were filled up with tears that would gush out any minute.
"I know. But I didn't have much courage too. I thought you would accuse me." I said, spitting out the truth.
