Still... this might be really bad publicity for YWS, and/or divert our thoughts from YWS to Dry Tear. Can't you just ban the IP and be done?

I've banned the IP and whatever usernames the guy registers, and he still does this. I think there are ten usernames and about eight IP addresses all banned merely related to the drytear PMs and e-mails. I'm just incredibly frustrated by it all and I just don't think it's gonna stop. Now mind you, I don't want this to go on forever, so I'm going to set this Friday as the ending date.


EDIT: Changed Saturday to Friday. I don't want to piss off the members at Drytear, just Adam, their site admin.

I just pmmed about forty or so and tried to target it to people born 1982 and after. Also left a message in their Lounge explaining it.

Also, changed the ending date from Saturday to Friday. And please, please, if you're doing this, keep it civil!

EDIT: Bah, got banned again and he deleted the post I made that explained it all. Ah well.

Well, it's over for now... he's changed permissions for all new users so that a new user can't do anything on the board.

Anyways, I got another idea, but I've sent him an e-mail first to see if I can get this to stop.

By the way, did you know that they're complaining about the 'spam' over on Drytear.net's lounge? I just popped over to see what all the fuss was about (and I have to agree, it's far inferior to YWS and TSR)... made me want to smack the administrator upside the head for agreeing with him.

lol, I like how their administrator doesn't allow spamming on his boards, but does it to ours.
