The DT

Plot-
It's the year 2011.
You are one of the 12 gods or goddess of Olympia. Zues has been captured by one of you, and you can’t figure out who. Some of you suspect Posiden, and some suspect Hades. Your objective? To find out who really captured Zues. If you do, you’ll be blessed, and get to do basically whatever you want. If you are on the wrong side, and Posiden or Hades finds out you suspect them, you might be damned for centuries by Zues when he returns. What are you going to do? Are you going to search for Zues or try to over throw Olympia? Are you going to help out Posiden or Hades, or are you going to hide to save yourself?

There is another option though. Say you’re a regular human, but you have one thing about you that is different. You have a special power. There are only three of you (can be increased if all gods and goddess slots are full), and basically, you can save Olympia, if you want too. But do you want to? Do you want to be caught in the web of lies that is Olympus? It’s up to you.

Godess: Athena
Appearance: (Picture at bottom) Athena is tall and of a muscular build, with long auburn hair which she usually has tied back and long, graceful limbs. She has gentle looking eyes which are amber in colour and an angelic face. Her favourite clothes are simple and usually white flowing robes, held in place with two golden broaches, also she is always seen with her sheild and helmet.
In her 'human form' she takes on the form of a teenage girl with an appetite for rock music. Asthetically she will appear almost exactly the same, it's just that she wears pale blue skinny jeans and a, usually ripped, tight fitting t-shirt baring the name of some classic rock band.
Age: Looks only about 15, in realtily she is only a few hundred years younger than her father.
Personality: Athena has a soft and gentle personality with a loving heart, she will always try to be the big sister to everyone. Although a gentle and king girl, she is often alone, enjoying walks in the ancient groves of Mount Olympis or in the Olympian armoury and barracks with her brother Hephaestus. She enjoys her role as Goddess of War and Wisdom and takes it very seriously, tring to help the lives of followers as much as she can without making them dependent of her.
Other: She has a pet owl called Bubo which she is never without.

Artemis has short black hair, pale skin and silver eyes. Her skin kind of shimmers like she bathes in liquid moonlight.
Age- 19
Personality-
Artemis is kind of like a quiet power. If you look at her, you know how powerful she is, but she doesn't flaunt it like her brother Apollo does. She keeps to herself, but if called upon, she isn't afraid to speak her mind. She's very loyal, and would give her life for someone who has done something for her in the past. She has a great influence over Poseidon, but she doesn't let many people know that. She hates guys who flirt with her, and usually curses them.

She has hunters that follow her.

He is basically a surfer dude. Dirty blond hair that never stays in place, a little hair on his face, and very tan. He has bright gold eyes, and sparkles in the sunlight. (No. he is not Edward Cullen. HE IS A FREAKING GOD!)

Personality-
Apollo is a bum. He pretends not to care about anyone or anything, but the truth is he cares to much. He tries to be careless and act dumb, but if you look at him and get to know him, you realize how bright he is. He notices things that most don't and can usually see the outcome of anything. He would do anything for his sister, even if it meant dying.

Other-
He can see the future.

I am making a profile for Hermes as we speak.

I also with to claim Persephone. However, if someone badly wants to play her, I am willing to switch in order to play Hades.

Greek God/Godess- Hermes

Appearance-

Hermes likes to take the form of a young man with curly black hair. He almost always looks a little rakish.

Age- Appears to be in his early twenties. Hermes is actually one of the youngest olympians.

Personality- Although mischievous and fun-loving, Hermes is surprisingly dedicated to his (many) tasks. He loves games and all of the pleasures the life of a god has to offer. Yet, since he had to earn his place in the pantheon, he believes divinity comes with a certain level of duty.

Other-He is the messenger of the gods, so he tends to flit around a lot. He also spends a good amount of time in the underworld shepherding souls.

At first glance, she looks a little ditzy but she is very intelligent. When she walks into a room, people tend to stop and stare at her beauty.

Personality- She is very quirky and a bit stubborn. She is very caring.

Greek God/Godess- Dionysus

Age- Looks about 20.

Personality- Dio is a real party head. If there's not something interesting already happening he will make it happen. He loves being around other people and stirring up a bit of trouble. He hates it when things are too quiet and boring because his attention wanders a lot. Dio has the attention span and memory of a gold fish. He changes topics super quick and once he knows he's not making any sense he laughs and walks away, leaving the other person stumped and wondering what just happened. Dio doesn't sleep, he passes out drunk.

Other- He has a bit of a drinking problem and smokes. He loves to party and if there's a party somewhere you can guarntee Dionysus will be in attendance.

Greek God/Godess- Hades
Age- Looks early thirties. (31ish)
Appearance- hades is not what you might think of when you picture the lord of the underworld. He's not deathly pale, nor does he have any other "corpse" like attributes. He has piercing blue eyes that are the only hints as to what emotions are really behind the mask His eyes are the true windows into his soul.

Personality-On first impressions Hades is not a very approachable person(being death and all-) he seems serious, cold, cruel and taciturn. He has a emotionless, albeit placid expression on his face almost always. He may be angry, he may be happy-who knows? He can listen to someone begging for mercy and without even flinching send them to eternal damnation. He is slow to anger but once roused, a volcanic eruption or a tsunami is easier pacified then Hades.
In truth though Hades is just a quiet, painfully shy person- he is the one who would rather listen than be the center of attention. He has a hard time expressing his feelings in words, and as a result usually just stays silent when words are needed. He is surprisingly benevolent of temper with a sweet side only one other being had discovered- his wife.

He as a strained relationship with the other gods- especially his brother Zeus. Hades even as the eldest of all the Olympian gods did not follow his father as ruler but was instead cast down into the underworld at an early age- whilst his brothers and sisters got to revel in the sun and upper world. He is bitter about this but is trying to forgive past hurts. As a result of this "banishment" He never developed good people skills and has a horrible time forming relationships of any kind.

Other- Hades is left handed. He has a soft spot for music and singing. He has been known to listen when his wife is singing or humming to herself, only when she doesn't know he's there- or so he thinks. Though many don't know this Hades is madly in-love with Persephone, he would walk the world over to get her a blade of grass she fancied. Unlike his brothers he was never unfaithful to her. And though has a hard time expression his emotions, he does try to let her know as often as he can that, he loves her- whether it is by word or deed . And unlike certain gods/goddesses have said, when Hades carried Persephone off he never laid a hand on her, he never compromised her honor- he's not a monster, Poseidon suggested it as the best way to get a wife- Hades can be painfully innocent/gullible on rare occasions.

Persephone looks evoke the spring. Her hair is long and pale blond, her eyes are as blue as the sky. She has a round face and a small frame.

Age- Varies. Usually she looks like a girl in her teens, but she allows herself to be older when she’s with her husband (around late twenties).

Personality-
On the outside, Persephone is the perfect daughter. She is sweet, gentle, and above all, obedient. She is always polite, even when she’s not happy with the situation she finds herself in. This is the image she projects in front of the other Olympians. Even when she’s in the underworld she keeps up her role as caring but distant queen.
Only Hades knows how strong and passionate she can be. With him she allows herself to be unconstrained, as even a little bossy (although she knows he wouldn’t let anyone else tell him what to do.)

Persephone is at heart an earth goddess, and she adores flowers. She even as a garden of her own down in the underworld. She also loves music, and to sing and dance. Her song is especially sweet when she knows her husband is listening.

Other-
Persephone is required to stay in the underworld for half of the year. She still spends spring and summer with her mother, but she tries to go “home” for a visit whenever she can.
(I am somewhat hoping the story book will take place during the warm seasons. Her mobility would be somewhat restricted if it is set in winter.)

Greek God/Godess- Poseidon

Appearance-

His hair is dark brown with lighter blue streaks. Poseidon's eyes are dark brown with blue flecks in them, like his hair, he matches. He usually only wears colors of the sea, blue, white, cream, and black.

Age- Looks around his late to mid twenties.

Personality- Sei makes rash decisions, he doesn't really think all too much about what he's doing until after it's done. Most times he's calm and gentle, but when he get's angry he can flip whole ships with a single wave of his hand, figuratively and literally. Poseidon is even a bit stupid when it comes to books and the like, but he has deep emotion and truth that makes up, in part, for his stupidity. Sei wears his emotions like clothes, he's about as easily read as a book. He's emotional and vast, like an ocean. No one can completely understand Poseidon, not even himself.

Other- If you can't fine Poseidon check any body of water near the area, you are sure to find him there.
