A virtuous women is priceless
For they are few and far in between.
Her home is run smooth and viceless,
A tidier one never seen.
The heart of her husband in her doeth trust,
She will do him good all of his life.
Her dealings with others are kind and just.
O to be such a wife!
Her family is clothed in scarlet and silk,
Which she has skillfully sewn.
To the needy she gives bread and milk,
And in the gates her husband is known.
By her husband and childern she is adored
But she is not puffed up with pride,
For she is a women that feareth the Lord,
And under his wing doeth she hide.

This poem was written based on these scriptures, Proverbs 31:10-31. I wrote this poem for a contest in a chirstian newsletter over a year ago and thought I might post in here. Hope you liked it.

16She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
17She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.
18She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.
19She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.

I love the Proverbs 31 woman, but you took her to a whole new level. While I was reading this, I was matching up the verses with them. xD I love the words you used to describe her. Keep up the good work.
