I'm new here. (You probably knew that.)
Hmm... well, my name is Pari (well, actually it's Esperanza.... but Pari is easier....) and I live in [guess!] but I recently moved from India. Well, eight months ago, and I'm not totally lost because I have been visiting here and am rather bicultural considering my mother and her family are [a certain nationality prevalent in the imperialist nation.]
Currently I'm aggravated because I made a typographical error *grrrrrrr* in my username. It should be This_Pulchritude. I can't believe I could make such a dreaded error. You see, I'm very fanatical about correct spelling and grammar (except capitalisation, which is rather authoritarian in nature.)
I've been trying to find a good website for writers. I'm already a member of another [kind of really good] website for writers, but I wanted to explore anyway. Even though grey skins bother me, this seems like an intriguing place.
Among other things, and in addition to other things, I like:
love - peace - freedom - truth - real beauty - philosophy - parantheses - debating politics, philosophy and religion - being a powerful orator (which I'm not.... yet) - writing - reading (I try not to skip, but usually fail, especially when I'm browsing the *shock! horror!* databases of fanfiction and random "poems/stories") - the romanticism of poesy and literature - good dreams - utopian ideals - left-wing theories, ideas, politics, views and thoughts - a lot of people - the vastness of this world - thinking about hyperspace and parallel universes - nature - stylism - intelligence - making up words - making collages - scribbling, doodling, sketching, painting and drawing (mostly girls and shoes, and some random designs) - talking - shopping (for clothes, books, shoes (ahhh the heavenly shoeeezzzzz), music, stationary, jewellery, cosmetics, accessories and sooo many things) when I have the money... so much for my anti-capitalist beliefs, eh? seriously... - dressing up - the colour black (not with chains or other gothic supplements) - blabbering on and on and ON to my friends - hanging out with said friends - listening to music (except metal, electronic, rock, punk, gothic, religious, country, rap, hip-hop and some other genres of music) - watching movies (they vary a lot) - etc etc etc
Right, yeah. I've deflated now.

I'm new and I love to write and read...yeah, that just about covers anything you'd want to know. Um, if you want me to read any of your stuff just tell me and I will. O:)
