Hi everyone, I'm Eleanor.

I've just joined today and so far have just been reading and commenting on pieces (and intend do post a few more comments before I post a piece). I'm a member of a few other writing sites, so I'm not a total novice to the world of online writing. I'm really impressed by what I've seen of this site so far though!

One thing I think my work really needs is criticism, so I hope you'll give me some!

Anyway, that's my little introduction to the site over... :)

A very fine eve to all on this site.... The name's Tarver, though you can call me T.J. if that's really too much trouble. Who am I, then? Good question. I've been writing for as long as I can remember, as generic as that may sound. I mostly write sci-fi or fantasy, and am currently on a fantasy/poetic fix. Isn't that lovely? I've a knack for emulating certain "voices", so to speak, and am in the middle of what I call a "Middle Age" crisis, which is basically the inexplicable urge to speak in Olde English. Verily, not an opportunitie is passed to allow mine owne peculiar vocabulary to grace thine ears. *ahem*
I've a particular skill at critiquing and editing other people's stories, poetry, and other forms of prose; I kid you not when I say if you randomly email me a story, poem or essay to my email, sonicroyale@gmail.com, I will critique it and send it back. 98% of the people I tell this to seem not to believe me, strangely enough. Though, in hindsight, it would be rather appreciated if the encounter weren't entirely random. Whatever you wish, I s'ppose.
Hm... This be a nice website, yar. Much more sophisticated than the other "young writers" sites I've come across before. Methinks I'll stay a while.

*settles in*

~Tarver

'Ello.

I'm Robert. Or Bob.

Currently, I'm in school, doing.. well, lessons.

Apart from that, I write things. Usually with more skill than this.

I think.

OK. Enough now.
