I don't think you've managed to upload the cover correctly. If you chose, upload a file there may have been a glitch - that keeps happening to me when I try to include a photo. Either explain your problem on the forum or use the picture as the front cover of the post (if that makes sense). Sometimes it just doesn't work!! Good luck
