New Writer With Big Goals!

Hello:) I go by the pen name Charly Manlove. Everything I write is centered around inspiring and encouraging young people to live out their dreams no matter what, and I hope I am able to accomplish that here. I'm so grateful for this site because being 22 it's hard to relate to the forums for older adults. So thank you very much to the creator of this awesome young people's writing world. You're 22? Oldie! c: Have you been writing long? I'm glad you're drawn to the whole idea of helping each other out, because that's really a big part of the site. Have you seen the move Whisper of the Heart? It's about a girl who has always dreamed of being a writer and a boy who wants to be a violin maker, and it's a really sweet film. Based on what you've said about yourself, I think you'd like it.

Do you write mostly novels or short stories or poems or what? I'd love to see something you've written at some point. :} Let me know if you need help or have questions or anything like that. I look forward to seeing you around!

Anyway, it's nice to see you on! Inspirational writing, eh? That's awesome. What sorts of inspirational writing do you do? Do you have any specific targets of people that you want to inspire, or do you just want to inspire generally? I don't know... I keep on getting images of Chicken Soup for the Soul or something like that... I love those books!

Anyway, I think the best way to inspire the younger generation is to be active in reviewing and give them ideas on how to expand their stories. Or, how they can rethink poems. That sort of stuff. But then again, I could be biased... I kind of love reviewing.

I love your attitude! Being able to convey positivity is a rare and preciolus talent. I feel like sometimes people get caught up in the "power" of darkness and negativity. The real challenge is to write something inspiring, something that touches someones heart. So welcome, and best wishes!
