Near the top of your screen, under the YWS sword, there's a list of tabs. Hover your mouse over "My YWS" and click on "Edit profile settings. That will bring you to a screen titled, "Edit Profile." On the left side of the page, you'll see a button that says "Edit Avatar." Click on that, and just upload a picture.
