So, I like these drawings a lot -- they're cute. I'm jealous that you can draw cartoon like things convincingly. You seem to have the basic idea of this type of drawing down -- lots of straight lines and bold colors.
#1 - This is cute, and I like the face! Just a few comments though -- I'm not really sure what the tone you were aiming for for with this drawing. Is he supposed to be cute and cartoony, evil and scary, or both? You have the red and the horns, but there's little of it, and they're easy to glance over. This could be mistaken for a boy dressing up for Halloween as opposed to a real evil spirit. If that's the tone that you were aiming for, then this is fine! However, if it's not, I would suggest putting more emphasis on the horns and tail, and maybe darkening the color of his sweatshirt/hair. Secondly, I'm not sure what the purpose of the arrows are! Is it supposed to be part of his body, or just for added style? I'm not sure. If it's the latter, you might want to consider toning it down; while stylistic labels can be cool, it just seems here like you're trying too hard to make this seem dark. Finally, I would look over how you did the hood. Even if this is a cartoon-like drawing, you want to at least make sure that things make sense -- his head looks like he's on top of his sweatshirt hood, not under it.
#2 - Ah! Where did his legs go? Even if this is the cartoon, I still think it would be a good idea to draw the rest of his legs. Is he wearing pants? Shorts? It just makes things look a little more complete and doesn't leave the person looking at the drawing wondering. Otherwise, I really like this drawing. I'm not sure why you didn't color the two rs at the end of 'Fender Bender', and it's a little uncomfortable looking at how much his proportions are stretched out, but I think this is my favorite of the two! I love stick figures, haha.
That's all I really have to say -- these are good, and you definitely have talent. Hope this helps! Keep drawing, and feel free to send me a note if you have any questions.

Photo two: Though I like the cartoon effect of this I think a bit more detail would add a lot to this picture and make it look a bit more professional. I would add a bit more detail to his left arm and more detail to his right hand. Some more detail to his pants like you have given his T-shirt would be great as well. Another thing I noticed is that his features, especially his T-shirt, seem really stretched out. He looks like he doesn't even have a neck!
Besides that I love your second drawing. I hope I helped,
Nice, great and rather cute cartoons. I like you, I'm making assumptions here, love music so i quite like the theme to theses to pieces. I'm going to try out a new review format : )
Angel of Death Plus: From the hair I can see this is not a computer colored image so kudos getting nice flat color, but then I'm not particularly sure... but the color is good anyway. I love the blue, it's quite eye catching.
Minus: The hair is a little bland, I'm really fussy about hair. You used black and red to much also I just don't like the juxtaposition of the arrows and the font, it's symmetrical enough but doesn't work. Also the tail could be a little ticker and neater, there are kinks and you have to work on the legs and feet. Different colored pupils would be good.
Fender Bender Plus: I love the title. The composition is better, i quite like the placement of everything. Your style is quite pleasant.
Minus: You failed to get that nice flat color that cartoons should have, the flat color you really did achieve in the first piece. I know it's very hard with markers so I feel for you. A little more detail over all would be nice, maybe use a fine liner.
