Watership Down by Richard Adams.

I really, really like that book, and my favorite rabbit is Fiver. :D
Be yourself; everybody else is already taken.

I came, I saw, I conquered.

Just started 'Salem's Lot, by Stephen King. I have an obsessive thing with his books lol. It's fun if anyone wants their horror not too scary. :D

Well, just an hour ago i finished reading 'A Streetcar Named Desire'.
Fantastic, i really felt sympathy for Blanche at the end.
Though even moreso for Stella.

I've got 200 pages of Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince to finish before next week (preparing myself for the final book)

I'm 40 pages into 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho, and so far it seems promising

'Beyond Good and Evil' By Nietzsche is getting a right good looksee, annotations in pencil etc

'The Stand' by Steven King is great, currently reading that as well

Still not finished 'Northern Lights'!

Hmm, i need to learn to stop starting so many books :|
Characters are people too you know!

lol Never would have guessed, Clau! :P

So I'm definitely less than 300 pages away on War and Peace. (I had a very long break from it-now I'm determined to finish it!) I just finished Page After Page by Heather Sellers (excellent book) and Animal Farm by George Orwell. I have to read A Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde for book club next, so I'm looking forward to tackling that!

Got a poem or short story you want me to critique?

I love "Chapter after chapter"! Have you read "Page after page"?
