ZOMG!!!!!! Page After Page was amazing!!!! I've been wanting that book to own desperately for awhile. Was Chapter good?

I'm doing the write thing by reading Building Fiction by Jesse Lee Kercheval. It's a book on building plot and structure, and it's soooo nice to have it (well, for a time from the library at least lol).

I'm a sucker for writing books, too!

Ah, so I am reading East of Eden but as a matter of I'm bored with it and summer work makes me restless, I got a copy of Running With Scissors by Augusten Burroughs. I love it! So... weird.

Harry Potter and the deathly hallows although I don't think I'm as addicted to it as some because hardly any one has been on YWS today...lol.

I'm only on chapter 7 as I'm trying not to rush it and I've been out today. But I doubt it will last me the week...

Night Shift by Stephen King

Is is Stephen or Steven, by the way? I've seen online "Stephen", but on the spine of the book I've got it's "Steven". *shrug*

Isn't it Stephen? I don't know, I don't read him XD

Finished Running With Scissors and now I'm back to House of Leaves.

Still not done with East of Eden though...

Finished House of Leaves. Made me feel claustrophobic and agoraphobic at times ^^' charming, though.

Still not touching East of Eden. Instead, I just started The Idiot by Dostoevsky, with a
"rendition by Anna Brailovsky, based on the Constance Garnette translation." Hopefully the translation proves to be good. So far, it's not hard to read, and it's enjoyable!

Ya, writingluver, Chapter rocks! It's helping me write my book and it's so helpful when you get stuck! Exercises at the end of every chapter like the last one, and it's so easy to read because she tells loads of littel stories! I had mine ordered for ages before I got it, I was absolutely dying for it! And then I couldn't start my book as I had stupid exams and was finishing other projects. Definetely worth reading! I love it so much!

I just got a few books from my rubbish library....

Diving In by Kate Cann. Read it in a few hours, the writing was fairly bad and it disappointed me. It frustrates me when bad books get published and my librarian says Quote "You'll love it. A summer read!" Un-quote. Argh.

Now I've just started Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier. I'm liking it so far, much better than Jane Eyre.

I've also taken out Nineteen Eighty-Four and The Lullaby. I'll see how they go.
