Spoiler
My first stab at a bit of poetry; hence the reason it's short! Reviews please :D

Tranquil moments, passed on the seashore
watching as seagulls flock around.
On the horizon, tiny little specks
of ships, homeward-bound.
Limitless shades of greens and blues
seen against slowly lapping wave.
Barfoot, spellbound, like an amazed child
watched the sea washing away all her days.
Time at the seashore, touching her heart
before she walked slowly along on her way.
Mind wandering through all the wonders of the land
That she still remembers today.

Very nice poem! Sometimes shorter poems can be much more powerful, as yours is. I have some nitpicks for you :P

Tranquil moments, passed on the seashore
watching as seagulls fly around.
On the horizon, tiny little specks
of ships, homeward-bound.
Limitless shades of greens and blues
seen against slowly lapping wave I would put a comma at the end of last line and say 'the' instead of 'seen against' on this line
Barefoot, spellbound, like an amazed childmaybe get rid of the 'like' so it's just a metaphor.
watched the sea washing away all her days.
Time at the seashore, touching her heart
before she walked slowly along on her way
mind wandering through all the wonders of the land
That she still remembers today.

The only thing I really picked up on was that you weren't consistent with your capitilization. When you don't end a line in a period, either start the next line with a capital throughout, or start the next line with a lowercase when the sentence doesn't end.

So, in all, I really liked it. Keep writing!

I also think this has great potential. By that i mean if you stick some metaphors in there and some similes inam sure it will he a lot more powerful. Try to really paint this picture. You're very literal. Instead of saying there are ships on the horizon, you could say something else and leave it up to the reader to decipher, like "On the horizon, microscopic dots floated by, homeward bound." that is just a crappy example, but you get the kist ;)
Great job for your first poem though. Keep writing!

Hello! It's me again! I absolutely like this poem! I truly like the message in this poem, which is, to me, a remarkable sight will always stay in your memories. That's a wonderful message! I really like your vocabulary and the imagery in this poem! Your vocabulary is so vivid and the imagery in the poem is so visually interesting. For example,

"Tranquil moments, passed on the seashore
watching as seagulls flock around.
On the horizon, tiny little specks
of ships, homeward-bound.
Limitless shades of greens and blues
seen against slowly lapping wave."

This shows your vivid vocabulary and the visually interesting imagery. I even like your rhyming scheme and the end-rhymes.
Two examples are how you rhyme around with bound and days with way and today. I must say- for your "first stab at a bit of poetry", this was great! Again, I'm glad you didn't use punctuation too much. It keeps the poem free. By the way, I really don't have anything you can improve on. It's just that great! :) Keep writing poetry like this!

This gave me a very vivid picture in my head which is awesome!!! Good descriptions I just had trouble with the capitalization but other than that I didn't see any spelling errors. Either way good job and keep up the good work!!! May your works get many reviews and Happy Writing!!!!

Pretty good for your first attempt at poetry. Most of my comments are nitpicks.

Tranquil moments, passed on the seashore
watching as seagulls flock around.
On the horizon, tiny little specks
of ships, homeward-bound.
Limitless shades of greens and blues
seen against slowly lapping waves.
Barefoot, spellbound, like an amazed child
watching the sea wash away all her days.
Time at the seashore, touching her heart
before she walked slowly along on her way.I think you should take out along here. It flows better
Mind wandering through all the wonders of the land This line is clunky. I'd change to "Her mind wanders through..." or something like that
That she still remembers today.

Hope that helps and keep writing!

I was flummoxed by fractious Franny's decision to abrogate analgesics for the moribund victims of the recent conflagration. Of course, to display histrionics was discretionary, but I did so anyways, implicating a friend in my drama to make the effect cumulative. I think a misanthrope would have a prosaic appellation, perhaps one related to autonomy and the rejection of anthropocentrism. I think they wouldn't think much of the prominence of watching the coagulation of tea to prognosticate future malevolent events, not even if those events were related to jurisprudence.
