Introducing the new YWS logo

The Young Writers Society is proud to introduce our new avant-garde logo that courageously challenges the status quo:


The new logo is meant to be provocative and to challenge one's preconceived notions of what is grammar. The misspelled words are meant to convey that grammar is solely a social construct, and one to which we choose whether or not to comply. The 'omg' symbolizes the shock our new logo will give the elitist classes. The 'lol' is our slogan against the staid culture of our world. The fire symbolizes beauty and truth. The fish is a fish.

I think having it be bigger and flashing (and possibly circled and underlined thrice) would have conveyed the message a little more effectively.
Nevertheless, an interesting initiative.

I always thought we needed more fire in the logo.

OMG Fish!!! I'm on the logo!! I could explain grammar to you from a Linguistic perspective if you want. (I need to know it for the test anyway..)

I think I have a screenshot from when we used this logo before some months ago....

It's beautiful.

I was wondering why I didn't see the new Logo on my banner, but then I realized that it doesn't show up for pro's.

It's got some flare to it.
