I wrote a baby poem

For no one’s good but mine

The metre neatly even

I tried to make it rhyme.

I wrote a baby poem,

And this I have to say:

That if it brings one smile,

It’s done its good today.

I wrote a baby poem, Good repetition, and it really is a small, sweet poem

And this I have to say: I like the word order here

That if it brings one smile,Cute (:

It’s done its good today. Aww, well it made me smile

I liked the poem, as you can see because it was small I tried to comment on each line! Hope this was valuable, and if not I hope it showed that I liked it! Keep posting

This is sweet. And I like the use of "I wrote a baby poem", because it's very childlike, which gives an even more innocent tone to the piece. Well done!

I found this to be very clever. After reading the title I thought it was going to be a poem about babies, but it wasn't. I liked the parallel! Well written, keep it up.
