I was looking for a site that I could post up my stories, and that I could also get feedback on them. So I went on to google and searched "writing sites."

I had it up to here *raises hand to sky* with the attitude people had towards younger writers on othe numerous writing sites. So I decided to stop moaning and do something about it, and so I googled 'Young Writers Forum' and viola! I got transported to this magically accepting place :)

I found this place through a middle user (.:Elf:.). The site I was on had a very active story section, and when NaNo came up I was the official bugger of the site for people who were doing it. When I decided I wanted a new site to hand out I remembered her getting the NaNo description from here. It looked like fun, so I joined.

It was complete luck for me. I finally gathered up the gumption to post some of my writing online so I typed in some search words into to google and now, here I am. Get used to it.

I was looking around last year for tips on writing. You USE to have a page for that, but not anymore. I finally decided to make one two days ago :)

We rise-One wandering thought pollutes the day;
We feel, conceive or reason, laugh or weep;
Embrace fond woe, or cast our cares away:"

I had someone refer me [Shadowbox] :X
I will never let you fall,
I will stand up for you forever.
I will be there for you through it all,
Even if saving you sends me in heaven.

Google.

I wanted a community of people who actually thought things through, and no better place to get that then a writers association!

So I got to post writing, and Debate (and debate i do) over many controversial issues :D

I was a regular on fanfiction.net but decided I wanted to be able to find a website where I could discuss my own works and ideas.
And, wa-la! A friend of mine on the site recommended YWS, and here I am :D

I used google as it seems many other people did too. I was searching for places to post your writing online and have other teens "critique" it. I found it.

I don't know how many of you have used the Stumble Upon utility, which I got for my Firefox 3 browser. After it had seen what sights I liked to visit, it recommended YWS to me. This is so far the best thing that Stumble Upon has ever recommended me. In fact, I now encourage people to use Stumble Upon, as it was so accurate in its assessment of me. :)

i think once every new ywser realizes they can manifest themselves into the quote gen by making a post about the quote gen, they make a very inconspicuous post about the quote gen, but deep in their hearts, they know they’ll see that post at the bottom of the page one day. (yeah, i see you mods. you brought this upon us)
