I'm learning Latin, and if you tell me it's a dead language, I swear I'll deck you one. Just because no one speaks it anymore doesn't mean it's obsolete. ~Meg

Ever meet anyone really and truly like Prince Charming, or a girl as pure and good-hearted as the fairy tale princesses?

('Couldn't resist the question...always comes to mind with your avatar, Areida. :D )

Jill and Lucy. I've never met anyone like them in my life. They're the two most sensitive, kindest, most caring people I've ever known. ~Meg

Did you ever pretend to sword fight when you were young?

(LOL... good stuff... I stole my question from your avvie too, which by the way, is really cute. And I like your signature. :D)

How do you escape the world/reality?

Ever run into a knight in actual shining armor? Or only metaphorically?

(Ha...thanks Areida. :) Perhaps a new tradition - making up questions from the previous asker's avvie?)

Huv I met someone I carthed about? Once, but the memory hunths me. - Garrick (Bound for Glory: Mister Garrison's Childhood

(I love it when characters talk to you. ;) Too bad Garrick hasn't played a role yet.)

In earnest?... Sorry. Too ugly a name - couldn't say it. It'll make me sick. Honest. -Tov

...Ever had to sing for any length of time - to a child?

(Fishr - I love the way Garrick sounds. Great verbal idiosycrasy. :D ...that neat a way of talking and he doesn't play a role in the story yet!? )

Once. I was on a border-running mission, and we were recruiting people in the DP camps in Cyprus. And this little girl, she was about four years old, was crying. I didn't know what to do, and I told her to find her parents. She said that her parents had died in Auschwitz, and her older brother was the only family she had, and the British had put him in solitary confinement for trying to run the border twice. I sang to her for a few hours, and I taught her songs of Zion...and she and her brother came with us back home on that mission... Ari from Under the Desert Sky

...to protuct Mum from Pa. When he came thwinging... *pauses*
Why did I run? *contemplates for a few seconds* Who needs a fourth scar? *sighs* My greatust regret and there isn't repeal to soften it. It's too late.
- Garrick

Do you have a phobia?

Fishr - I love the way Garrick sounds. Great verbal idiosycrasy. ...that neat a way of talking and he doesn't play a role in the story yet!?

(Hey Imp. Thanks! I appreciate the comment. :) Garrick's role will be played much later in the story but for now he exists inside my memory until I'm ready to put him on paper. He is an enigma; at least for now, with a lot of buried secrets.)

Phobia? Phobia? Yes...yeah. Silence. Now I know I'm off...can't recall the word. What's the latin root? Clamo... I shout. No. Silence. God, it used to be pleasant. My memory ought to be better...it gets so much more practice. Yet - it's doing nothing. - Andrei Vyakhirav (from...something untitled and of undeterminate length)

Do words have definite meaning or are they defined precisely by their use? (Is it worth being exact in speech even?)

(I'm going to have to start reading your story, Fishr...just to know what's going on when Garrick pops in. He seems very definitely to have a tale to tell - he sounds so honestly vivid. :D )

Precisely by use. The correct usage of words is a delicate process but in the right hands, they can brush fire into people's minds. - Samuel Adams (Bound for Glory: Mister Garrison's Childhood)

Have you ever got mixed up with illegal drugs?

(Yay! :) Just knowing someone reading my novel is exciting. The link in my signature would be where Garrick will come into play, eventually. Wow! Thanks for the comment. :D Every few days he gets more and more bold (He's shy ;)) but his character is progressing slowly. I finally couldn't resist and placed Garrick here).

Is there a God in the world who cares for his creation? No God? Or was there a creator who skipped off to leave us to work things out once he was finished making us all?
