Something I wrote a couple of weeks ago at 3am when I couldn't sleep. Eh. The pressures of adolescents. :(
I'm just another angry kid with no home training
another liar with teenage angst
just another girl stained with pain

I'm just another broken music box
with it's tune all distorted and weak
watch the little dancer spin hopelessly

I'm just another product of my parents mistakes
another self absorbed narcissist, with too much depression
a know it all, could care less, chick with a chip on her shoulder

I'm just that confused rebel without any cause
ready myself for another chicky race with the Devil
speeding off the cliff into the night, I'm the loser again.

I'm everything I never wanted to be, just look at me now,
and nothing that I ever wished for
I am a teenager, I am just another teenager.

Here's a question did anyone get the movie reference I made? Big ups if you do; it's not hidden it's pretty obvious if you know the movie well. :smt002

another liar with teenage angst - Does this mean teenage fear?

just another girl stained with pain

I'm just another broken music box
with it's tune all distorted and weak

watch the little dancer spin hopelessly - This wasn't a good ending of the paragraph in my opinion. It left me hanging.

I'm just another product of my parents mistakes
another self absorbed narcissist, with too much depression

a know it all, could care less, chick with a chip on her shoulder - Do you mean your the know it all? Because it conflicts with the sentences above I think. Or do you mean know it all as in big headed? Also I don't understand what you mean by with a chip on her shoulder.

I'm just that confused rebel without any cause

ready myself for another chicky race with the Devil - I think, the first part doesn't make sense and what's a chicky race?

speeding off the cliff into the night, I'm the loser again.

I'm everything I never wanted to be, just look at me now,

and nothing that I ever wished for - To make sense this has to be 'i'm'

I am a teenager, I am just another teenager.

Also, no I didn't see the movie refrence you made. Then again I don't watch movies much.

Teenage angst is a term meaning the stress or anxiety of being a teenager.

just another girl stained with pain
I'm just another broken music box
with it's tune all distorted and weak

watch the little dancer spin hopelessly - This wasn't a good ending of the paragraph in my opinion. It left me hanging.
This is actually on you my favorite lines, :smt001 because it means something to me personally; but I understand what you're coming from

I mean it in a way that some teenagers think they have all the answers and don't need other people. And Chip on the shoulder is a term meaning I'm always "pissed" or mad at the world and always looking for a fight (in a way.).

I'm just that confused rebel without any cause
ready myself for another chicky race with the Devil - I think, the first part doesn't make sense and what's a chicky race?
A chicky race or Chickie Run is my reference to a classic movie called 'Rebel without a cause'. I guess you would really need to know the movie to understand, it's a game from the movie where two people drive full speed in the direction of a cliff, you're supposed to jump out the car seconds before the car goes off the cliff. The person that jumps out the car last is the winner. In the movie one of the characters get's stuck in the car and goes off the cliff and dies. Which is the next line says:
speeding off the cliff into the night, I'm the loser again.

I'm everything I never wanted to be, just look at me now,
and nothing that I ever wished for - To make sense this has to be 'i'm'
Are you saying to write it like this: "and nothing I'm ever wished for"? I'm not sure what you're saying because that would be an incorrect sentence, it you did.
I am a teenager, I am just another teenager.

Also, no I didn't see the movie refrence you made. Then again I don't watch movies much.

Thank you for you suggestions and opinions; there very much appreciated

This is really good for being written at 3 AM :) All I have to edit is a know it all, could care less, chick with a chip on her shoulder Is the 'a know it all' supposed to be "I know it all'? or are you talking about another person being a know it all?
