Sticks is a comic strip I do for my school newspaper. I thought I'd go ahead and post one of them and I'll probably post more later.

So for opening, here's Bobby and Susie:

Yeah, I liked it. Strange and good at the same time, very funny. I've never actually seen a single-frame (meaning the angle, focus doesn't change) comic strip thats actually good, but this proved me wrong. It was cool

Haha that was really good.

I like the simple comics best.

Did you make this in a computer program? Or just drew it, because the lines are so perfect and straight...

DOUBLE LMAO!

EBM, I drew these in a computer program using Adobe Illustrator. I used to them by hand, but they don't scan well and every frame looks absolutely different.

Anyways, here's another one (finally) where Bobby meets Karl Marx

Well because of how stupid Internet Explorer is (DIE INTERNET EXPLORER *Stabs IE with a rusty spoon* HA HA HA!) I had to use my initiative and copy paste the invisible comic strips to Microsoft Word, yet another peice of crappy microsoft technology, to be able to see them. And, they're GReAt.

Here's another "Sticks" comic.

By the way, I'm currently in the process of sending "Sticks" out for syndication. Not sure if I'll be succesful or not in my quest, but you gotta try. Plus, most people who read "Sticks" really like it, so I think I have a better chance than most.

May my youthful idealism never fade :)

Every time I’ve gotten feedback that was hard to take it was usually hard to take because there was truth in it and I didn’t like that (or didn’t want to receive it). That’s not to say all harsh feedback is good or that we should be harsh for harshness’ sake, but learning to absorb truth without letting it break your inner core/break you is a lifelong skill that keeps your mind elastic and open to learning.
