So I am really unsure how to rate my stories. How am I supposed to know which age its appropriate for. I mean i know for sure that it will be either 16+ or 18+ because of all the cursing but i never use the F bomb. It is mostly "damn" and "hell' with the occasional "shit", "bastard", and "bitch". HaHa wow, this site has me afraid to say these words even though they aren't directed at anyone. I know at my school cursing is like a second language to most kids and these words dont mean much to me but I don't know how YWS feels about them. So, any help?

It sounds like you'll be fine using the 16+ rating. ^^

Like Snoink said, use a 16+ rating there. If you use the F-Bomb or if you have any explicit sexual content, you usually rate it 18+.
[Griffinkeeper] 10:45 pm: The guard appears "We have weasels now!"
[Firearris] 10:45 pm: askes the guard for the weasel!
[Griffinkeeper] 10:45 pm: The guard gives Firearris the Weasel.
[Firearris] 10:46 pm: aquires the weasel and renames it "Cat"

Take that, Lumi.

A guide for rating is available here, if you ever run into trouble again. ^^

Just go for 16 you can always edit it if someone tells you
it's appropriate.
Hello,
I doubt you will take the time to look at this signature, you are all busy people and I respect that, but if you do know this. Every bit of criticism on my writing has helped and every bit of advice you have given me has also helped. So thank you, for everything.
