I'm very glad that I found this site, and judging by the friendly attitude everyone has, I'm even more happy!
Anyways, I'm just starting out as a writer, and would love to be reviewed and criticised by other young writers. I just found out I didn't place in a fction writing contest. So, I am feeling down. Well, there's always next year! I posted a short story based on the world-known Youtube video "Battle at Kruger". It's really interesting. Enjoy and I look forward to my involvement in this site!

Aw I wouldn't worry about not placing, and you know there is always next year. I love how you were positive about it, and on here we can review your work for you before you turn it in so you can get in those last minute improvements! well Zekkie isn't my real name, so, you can call me Zeke, or Zek.
My favorite Genre to write is mainly fantasy. I lve making my own worlds, and hving the ability to make fantastical places that have never existed! Get what I mean? Anyways, I like writing Action/Adventure also, but like I said, I'm more of a fantasy writer. You know, Tolkien and Lloyd Alexander.
I actually happen to love pasta! REALLY REALLY LIKE IT!

I LOVE READING, and you could say I've read half of the books in the library (ddoesn't sound like much, but it is) My favorites are works by Tolkien, Lloyd Alexander, Charlie Higson, Anthony Horowitz, David Klass, Christopher Paolini and many many more. Your other questions I pretty much answered ^
Some more: I'm pretty sensitive (for a guy), and prone to overreacting to critique. Example: After I read a critizing comment, my mind creates fantasies in which I throttle the commenter to death via computer teleportation. Lol, yeah. I love basketball, and hate the Celtics, Mavericks, and Sooners. That's pretty much it!

Haha! The reviewers here can be pretty... uh... thorough at times! But you'll find that they will do their best to help you get better... and really , what more can you ask for?

Action adventure is fantastic! So is fantasy... although I think that most people don't appreciate it enough, lol. But that's okay. You get to create worlds and they don't.
