Hello! Welcome to YWS. :)

As to your question, here is a neat video by Natetelling you how to create your novel.

If you don't want to watch that, then I am pretty sure that you just need to submit your new chapter to YWS, under Submit and choose whichever novel forum your story belongs under. Then, I'm pretty sure that you can choose whether this chapter is part of an existing project or not - obviously yours is so you click yes!
I've never attempted to post a novel on YWS, so I'm not sure if this is totally correct, sorry. :)

How're you finding YWS so far? If you have any other problems, feel free to PM (private message) me with them, and I'll see what I can do to help! I hope you really enjoy your time at YWS.

If you post your chapter in the novel forum, you should see an option on your right that will let you add a chapter! But you have to post it first... and in the novel forum. ;)

Welcome to YWS! :D
