my poem of love
i do believe the LORD above created you for me to be in love
he pick you out from all the rest because he knoew i love you best
i have a heart and that is true
can prove to you, my LOVE is true
so hear this heart that beats for you
it can't deny that i LOVE you
if i'll go far and then we part, you'll still be in my grieving heart
if someone will be there with you forget me not, i still LOVE you
if i would die and lose my love

So either you're all of these people...or you're being copied. One by someone in the past, another by two different women, and then countless other versions of this. I don't think that any of those options are the case though.
I haven't found the exact original, but I'd say you are being very disingenuous to the origin of this work and not making it clear if you were inspired to make your own version. Nonetheless, I am not impressed that you're otherwise using a template and tweaking it and calling it your own and then prancing about on here like you're proven.
Get back on this forum and prove yourself to these very interesting finds, or continue using other people's work as your own. Regardless, your credibility is shot to hell. I guess that will keep you company waiting for your true love.
