On September 12th, the second Sunday of the month, YWS will have its third open mic show! That means poetry readings, flash fiction shout-a-thons, and more indie music. The times are below.

What can you contribute? You could read a poem or a piece of flash fiction, sing something you wrote, showcase your musical talents, etc. The choice is really up to you. All I ask is that you send me a PM sometime between now and September 12th just to let me know what you will be contributing. That way, we'll both know beforehand what to expect!

The show itself will last for 1 hour, although we can extend it if I get a lot of responses for the open mic stuff. Because of this, please send me a PM asap if you're interested in doing something. That way, we can fit everyone in without scheduling conflicts. Otherwise, I may have to turn some people away.

New!: This time around, YWS will have a toll-free number for callers to use! That means the cost of the call is on YWS and not you if you live in the United States or Canada. For those outside North America, download Skype to get free calls.

Awesome!
Maybe, just maybe, I shall try to call.

Man, and I thought my British Lit professor had harsh deadlines. Nate goes back in time.

Edit: I'll be here this time. O:

I'll sit this one out, because I need to go to bed early because I have The Exam on English the next morning. It's listening comprehension though, so maybe the radio show would be the last chance to practice... :P But yeah, have fun without me.

You rich take care

I will call in and play you all a G-Chord on the guitar. It was very difficult to master. Hence the fact I still haven't managed to yet. :)
