A Trip To Vysehrad

I recently went with a friend to this castle, Vysehrad.. it means Wine Castle.
It's the smaller of two in my city, but it has some gorgeous views.

Nice photographs!

I don't have much to say about the first picture, nice lighting, nice subject, a nice picture.

I like that you made the second photo into black and white, it gives it a better, feeling, so to say. I think the subject is more the lake/body of water than it is the speedway/road.

I think you had a really good picture of a tree (a really good tree too) but I think at the bottom of the photograph with the trunk was little distracting. If you had just gotten the leaves and branches it'd be close to perfect.

Don't know what to say about the sun. I really like the lighting but I think the focus point should be a little further to the right, so both of it's eyes are more in focus.

Bird! I love the contrast of the black stone and white bird. Not really anything for me to criticize here.

Ugh, why is all your photography so good?
You make me jealous. But yes, all of them were nicely taken. My favorite is the second one because I like all the little boats and the viewpoint and angle, totally cool.
Although, I didn't quite like the train one for some reason, maybe because it seemed like there too much going on in one picture, I know you tried to make it look good with the train on one side and the sidewalk thing on the other but it was like, a lot little things. Maybe it was tree...Argh, I'm not too sure.
Anyways, the bird was cute and the sun was neat!

Hi Persephoneia, your pictures are amazing!! You are a very luck person to have been to castle, Vysehrad (wine castle)!! I never get to go anywhere. The best thing about your pictures it that they are so clear and prominent. Others pictures I have seen on YWS are very blurry and out of focus. Yours are amazingly clear so I cannot criticize you on your picture taking skills. Hahah!!
Maybe next time take MORE photos. When I get to the last photo I am disappointed! I would love to see more

What kind of camera do you use?

I absolutely adore the second shot. and I mean, adore
I would like the first one, but... there's something about it. Perhaps it's the coloring. It looks like it could be a really great shot perhaps if taken from a different angle, and maybe if you messed with the colors a bit.

Overall, though, I'm impressed What kind of camera do you have?
