Epic World: Runes of Brendor.

Staring longingly out at the ship she let a tear fall. She had told the girl about her father but she hadn't explained why he'd so insisted. His wife was one of the girls he raped ages ago, extremely messy situation, but Tiaan knew someway or another they loved each other. Her mother wanted Tiaan to be honourable to be someone to be proud of. And so she was accepted on one condition her Father step down from his title and stop using it to create fear.

The sky was overcast with a shy sun peeking over the mountains almost as if it was nervous, she wondered why until she saw the most beautiful and amazing site she'd ever seen, on a plinth next to the bridge, stood a beast she only read about, with a scowling female armoured in some of the most beautiful armour ever.

By now everyone was staring.

The Weapon Instructor laughed, "She won't harm you much kiddies, this is Magda she's the Captain of the Guard here."

She smirked waving her long wavy black hair, the boys appeared to be entranced.

Tiaan skipped over to her new friend, "I never imagined--" she began.

"I know... it's certainly a sight to behold." she replied.

The Dragon gave a low roar before lowering it's head Some people stood back with their instructor grinning. No one spoke while Magda just laughed, giggling a little Tiaan skipped over ignoring all commands to stop and petted it whispering those taming words to the beast.

The guard dragon slowly began to calm, Magda glared at her, "Great another animal empath!"

I looked down at Meave. She was staring at the dragon in wonder. I looked back up at it, too. It was amazing!

"Today, you'll be gettin' yer dragons." The weapon instructor said. There were 'awes' all over. I had heard rumors about dragons here, but I didn't think it was true. No one had seen dragons since a hundred years ago. It was an amazing sight, and nobody could wait to get theirs.

I nudged Meave with my shoulder, and she looked up at me with a smile.

"I can't believe we're going to get our own dragons!" I whispered in her ear. She just nodded. I looked at her for a moment, not really paying attention to anything else. I hadn't really noticed before how pretty she was, and sweet. I knew we would be good friends.

Um, Untameable? I believe our dragons hatch from eggs.... I'm not sure though. And also what Sakin said: Drag it out.

No. She has it down...but she is taking it too fast. GAH! Ray112, just explain it to all of the ones who weren't in chat.

We all stared in wonder as dragons flew across the sky, then landed in front of someone. A royal blue one landed in front of my, spiked on his tail and a color of spikes around his neck. He was amazing, and huge! Probably one of the biggest there.

I approached him, my hand out in front of me. He put his head down, and I rubbed it. It felt like a spark ran through my body when my fingers met with his head. An immediate connection came between us.

"This is amazing." I said in a whisper, mainly to myself, but Meave could hear. She looked at me and smiled, her arms still around her dragon's neck.

((What do you mean taking it too fast. I'm a little confuzzled.))

This post leads me to believe that when we receive our dragons, it's when they hatch.... I'm not sure though.

That is a little confusing, but it never said that they were in eggs. I think it can be either way, but we'd have to ask Ray.

True, Fox. And I said it "leads me to believe", not that they're are in eggs... Anyway. That post I quoted also suggests that we're meant to wait until Ray is back , has caught up and posted when we enter the aforementioned chamber before we get our dragons.

OK, last night in chat, we were going over some ways for this to happen. We found one instead of hatching it's a three day plan. I should let Ray explain it better, because he might have changed it. Hope, were you too loopy to keep up with the conversation?=P

yes, i was, sorry. and i know most of the plan and i had to rush it my moms only giving me 15 min. of computer time every hour,and i couldn't think of anything else=/

Okay, best to wait and let Ray explain.

Yup...so should we just wait for her to explain before we continue, or should we just keep going and act like we never landed or something like that???
