I don't feel like going into specifics but I wear this cool, really dark eyeliner I found in this Indian store, occasionally pink lipstick, mascara and this concealer/acne medicine thingy that Clearasil has. It really works. I mean, I never had grotesque horrible acne but I had some and this stuff made it all go away.

Ummm, I never wear blush or eyeshadow but I have tons of it. On days where I'm late, I normally put on a ton of eyeliner and concealer and that's it. :]
I am nothing
but a mouthful of 'sorry's, half-hearted
apologies that roll of my tongue, smoothquick, like 'r's
or maybe like pocket candy
that's just a bit too sweet.

Here goes:

L'Oreal True Match concealer- Classic Ivory N2 (I've noticed that YWS girls are kinda pale xD)

Some mascara that was free when my mom bought something... It doesn't even have a label.

Clinique colour surge eye shadow duo- 104 strawberry fudge

Almay Intense i-Color- 04 Trio for greens (I don't use both but they are both in there)

Rimmel Black eyeliner (616) and Rimmel Purple Passion eyeliner

That's the extent of it xD I really want some MAC make up but I'd probably have to buy it myself...That was fun(: Thanks for that, Stel.

Wow, since this has been ressurected so well I thought I should update the contents of my make-up bag which have changed considerably...

I STILL USE:

Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse in 010 Ivory.

Bourjois Paris Kohl Contour in Ultra Black, 13 Argent Creatif and 73 Gris Ingeniuex

The Body Shop Cheek Bloom in 01 Desert Rose

Benefit Instant Brow Pencil (darker shade)
Georgia Peach
High Beam

HOWEVER, I AM NOW A FULLY EMANCIPATED YOUNG WOMAN AND THUS I ALSO USE THESE:

17 Photo Flawless foundation in "Light."
Instant Glow Bronzing Powder, also in "Light"
Eye Dazzle in "Fancy Free"

The Natural Collection Eyeshadow in "Moonshine"

Benefit Bad Gal Lash mascara in Black

I still don't wear anything on my lips apart from lip balm. I've just always found it too irksome. What's funny though is that I've taken to wearing make-up daily, when I posted this I would rarely wear it all day. It's funny looking back and seeing what the differences were- I also apply it in a very different way. Like, back then, I only ever wore eyeliner on my bottom lid. Now I only ever wear it on my top lid and very rarely on the bottom. I don't wear colours nearly as much as you may have noticed, gone are the days when Stella stood by blue eyeliner. So if anyone's revisiting this, is it a blast from the past for you?

A wee bit, yes. I wear a lot more makeup now, but mostly just eyeshadow, liner and lipgloss. I currently really like the Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner; it stays put for almost the whole day, even when I go to sleep on the train. Nyx and Stila eyeshadows, but in mostly dark colours. I used to wear bronze and glittery shadows, but I prefer matte brown and black, although I do have an odd liking for orange.

I rarely wear concealer (mostly because I don't really need to, thankfully, and I'm not that fussed about dark circles because I don't always like the feel of concealer there) and never foundation because I buy pretty much all my stuff from Ebay which means I have to rely on the internet for swatches, which doesn't often work out. >_< It's different for eyeshadows and stuff, but if you buy face-stuff that's the wrong shade, there's not much you can do with it except look at it and feel silly.

Oh boy, you don't want me to tell you everything I have because we would be here forever! Mostly I wear a lot of the Covergirl brand and Dream Matte Mousse. I'm in love with the Covergirl lipstains right now! They have one that comes with a lipgloss color that dries on your lips and a clear lipstick that you put on over it. I love it! The color stays on at least all day if not longer! You were right, that was fun! :)

Right! Some of this is probably the same as last time:

Foundation: Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse in Ivory (duh)

Concealer: Maybelline - Pure Cover Mineral in 02 Natural

Powder: Rimmel - Silky Loose Face Powder in 001 Translucent

Eyeshadow (this is what I normally wear): L'Oréal - Made For Me Naturals Brow & Duo Eyeshadow in Light Brunettes

Eyeliner: Lumene - Eye Dramatizer Liquid Eyeliner in Deep Black

Mascara: Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara in Very Black

Eyebrows: Oriflame - Precise Brow Definer in Medium/Dark + Lumene - Eyeliner in Grey Brown (usually I use both to do my eyebrows)

Lipstick: Rimmel - 230 Red Fever (I only wear lipstick on special occasions but when I do, it's always bright red)

Lipliner: Maybelline - Color Sensational in 547 Pleasure Me Red (xD)

And I usually wear makeup if I'm going somewhere that's not just the mailbox. And I usually wear all of those apart from the last two ones, but as I was discussing with Stella the other day, my minimum is the eyebrows. My eyebrows are so light I usually want to do them even if I wasn't wearing any other makeup. But mascara and concealer are also quite important *nods* And I only put lipbalm on because as I said in my older post, I hate lipgloss.

Actually, the boy thing isn't a very good argument, cos you do get guy makeup and all. And, imho, it's not girly for a guy to wear concealer if it stops their face looking like an exploded minefield. Imho. ^_^

I've definitely gotten somewhat girlier since the last time I posted. So, here goes:

Lipbalm : Himalaya (plain), Lotus (cocoa or mint flavoured - plain) - This is what I use on a daily basis.
Nivea - shiny fruity pink. When I'm going out - mall, beach etc.

Foundation: Lotus - Pure Radiance Matte. - I use this while going out to fancy restaurants or occasions. Not just so. It works as a good conceal for acne marks.

Lipgloss/Liquid lipstick
: Maybelline Liquid Diamonds - In pink ruby (I would loove lipsticks, but they just look ick on my face. Stopped buying them since 13ish.)

Mascara : Lotus - black. I use this when I've to go out but my eyes are like go to sleep!

Kajal/Kohl : A cheap, non-branded (or Lotus) thing you can get. I use this instead of eyeliner generally. It's so much easier to apply and doesn't make me cry as much as that does.

Eyeliner : Lakme Black eyeliner - Double serves as bindi. I don't use it as often as I'd like to, because I try to use it for almost everyday, but then I'm almost always late for my bus/too late to get all made up.

Revlon - Blue semi shiny - I was planning to buy a bronze coloured one, which suits my skin tone really awesomely well. But I was adventurous that day and picked blue since most of my sarees and fancy dresses are blue shaded.

Maybelline - Bronze pen eyeliner. My go to. General use and stuff. It sometimes doubles as my eyeshadow.

Nailpolish : Street Wear - Coffe Bite. I never wore nailpolish until I found this colour.
Maybelline - Clear, glossy. This is pretty much always there. I use colour only for occasions.

Bindi : Aforementioned Lakme eyeliner
A sheet of sticker ones. (I wear a bindi only when I'm wear some Indian-like clothes. Doesn't look good with jeans/tee.)

So much better, right? Yeah, I like Lotus. Cheap and good stuff. Plus, it's got herbal stuff in it, which is good for my acne-prone skin. D:

But on a daily basis, I only ever use a lipbalm (not coloured) and nailpolish. That's it. Everything else id for presentations, functions etc.

For some reason, Lava, all your stuff sounds so much... brighter? Fresher? Prettier? Better smelling? Something than everybody else's.
