(An yet another old one. I just wanted to post a few things before I start writing again. Comments and ideas are always welcome. Thanks, Allison)

I returned from this journey.
I will take into account what I have learned.
I am a new me.

Let the fear always follow.
Let the mysteries always continue.
Let the change always be worth the while.

Let the learning never end.
Let the guidance be the light.
Let the experience be the color.

Let the memories never be forgotten.
Let the images keep replaying.
Let the questions keep calling.

Let the dreams lead into the future.
Let the doors keep opening.
Let the challenges never stop.

Let the cave be the cave.
Let the reality be a wonder.
Let the world be observed.

I returned from this journey.
I will take into account what I have learned.
I am a new me.

Hey Allison! Welcome to YWS! Hopefully, you'll get settled down soon and start feeling comfortable enough to comment on other people's works. :)

Anyway, I found this really abstract! In your future writings, try to expand on some of the images that you have. You talk about learning and journeys, and memories, dreams, and the world, but we never really get an idea of what you've learned, where you went, what you remembered, what you dreamed, and what world you've found. So just those little details would really help expand this poem and make it wonderful. :)

Hello there
I think I agree with snoink on the fact that this was abstract. It painted nothing in my head. There was a serious lack of emotion and connection of you ideas. But besides that, if I look at it in a different angle, it is quite good.

Keep writing.
The best is what you make it!

I love the journey from with yourself that this poem follows. I will say that I'm more interested now to understand what brought about this "new you." Maybe that would be a good idea to write a short story about sometime?
