FlashForward

FlashForward is an SB based on the TV show, aired on Channel 5 in the UK.
On October 16th 2009, the whole planet blacked out for 2 minutes and 17 second. Millions die. During that time, most people had flashes of either of the past or future. However, 4 people didn't. They developed 3 special powers each. Shunned by the communities they lived in before, they have to survive whilst trying to find out what caused the blackout. Meanwhile, an FBI team is trying to find out the same thing. At the same time, a group of bad guys that cause the blackout are trying to create another and stop the FBI and Kid's finding them.
(There can be as many FBI and Bad Guy NPC's as needed. As soon as all the kids are made we will start)

Personality: Laid back all in all fairly mature for his age. Likes to keep himself to himself, but some times has random outbursts of emotion. He is a thinker and can usually use his intelligence to get him out of scrapes that he is always getting into.

Powers: He can control and manipulate energy to create power outages, surges ands lightning bolts and the ability to fly by manipulating energy in a way similar to the Biefeld–Brown effect. He has an organic computer in his brain, makes him super smart and lets him interface with computers using his brain.He is also super strong

Name: Alessandra "Alessa" Caine.

Age(13+): 17.

Gender: Female.

Personality: Alessa is kind and caring but often has a bit of a short temper and a rebellious streak. She's smart but sometimes doesn't think before acting and often ends up neck deep in trouble. You know when she's angry because she gets quiet and broody-and that's when you should start worrying. Alessa is sneaky and a bit of a thief, so if she's sneaking around then she's probably up to no good.

Appearance: Tall, about 5"5 with dark blue eyes and orange-red hair.

History: Alessa lived with her father until the blackout, where her father (A cop) was too busy with his job to look after her. She left home and started travelling, sleeping where she could. Alessa's mother died when Alessa was young and her father never remarried. Her childhood wasn't all good, but she had her happy moments.

Other: Alessa is never seen without her necklace, which she keeps with her at all time. It was once her mother's.

Name: Roqelle (Roqi) Hitch

Age: 14

Gender: female

Personality: Feisty, bold, and independent, Roqi isn't afraid to speak up. She will fight whenever she feels it's necessary, and sometimes when it's not. She will often lapse into silence, and when she does, you should be scared, because she's most likely plotting. Not attached to anyone or anything.

Appearance: Red hair, blue-green eyes, slender. Toned muscles, more tall than short.

Powers: 1. Can manipulate light, and make it a solid force as destructive as fire.
2. Can become invisible.
3. Technology will literally do anything for her.

Government/ gifted teen: Teen.

History: Roqi was raised by her older brother, who was a martial arts instructor. He taught her and made her tough. He passed away when she was twelve in a car accident, and she was sent to an orphanage. She soon become speaker of the crowd, and queen of the orphan girls. After the black out, she was kicked out, and started living with gangs that took her in, but she was never kept in any one for very long, and soon began living off the streets, stealing and occasionally killing, although she hates doing it.

Other: wears her brother's yin-and-yang necklace, and a hemp bracelet.

Gender: Male

Personality: He's really fun-loving and funny. If someone's down, he knows how to cheer them up. He's really gentle and kind, but sometimes he looses his temper. He can be a little cocky and clumsy, and he seems to always have something sarcastic to say to everything.

Appearance: He's about 6'1''. He has bright blue eyes and dark hair. He has a really distinct 6 pack.

Powers(up to three *3*): He can slow down time and can transform into almost any animal.

Government, or Gifted teen: Gifted Teen

History: His parents were divorced, and he lived with his dad. One day, he woke up and his house was on fire. His dad had salvaged enough money to barely pay for a new, but really suckish house. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough money to buy food for the both of them, so he was going to be sent to his mother's, but instead went to a friends house. He moved around a lot, traveling all over, and eventually he fell in love. They knew they couldn't be together, though.

Gender: Male.

Personality: Often moody, distant, cold and cruel, Michael can sometimes seem intimating but he does have a kind and loving side. He's also got a nasty temper, but rarely loses it. He's extremely loyal to the Government, so if you plan on swaying him, you'll need to be very persuasive. When he's working, he's often very single-minded and driven to catch the bad guys. You could say he's just a little obsessed with work, but never very neglectful. He likes his details.

Appearance: Tall, about 6"1 with dark blues eyes and dark brown hair.

History: Michael lived in a small town with his parents until they moved to the city when Michael was around 15. At 18 he was engaged to Alessa's mother. Soon enough, his daughter came along and his wife died. He never remarried and raised Alessandra as best he could. At 24, he joined the police and then the FBI. He's been working for them ever since.

When the blackout occurred, Michael was working on an important drug trafficking case, and for 2 minutes and 17 seconds, he saw his wife again. Moments after the blackout, he realised that he'd left his daughter alone and when he got home, he found her gone. He's been busy with the new blackout cases ever since and has only just started looking for Alessa.

Other: He's actually looking for his daughter now. He's FBI, so of course he's got a gun and badge.
