Okay, the title is somewhat misleading. Truth be told, any new way to modify your blog would be better than the old way! What I've done though is put together a small Modify Blog Generator. It's not much, but it does have the vital stuff for modifying your blog. You can find it at:

Or by going to 'Blog Config' and looking for the link to it underneath where it says 'Blog CSS'. There's a link on the blog edit page to an article by Snoink that discusses how to modify your blog very extensively.
