I like his face. It looks very expressive, I think its in the eyebrows maybe? Or the moulth? Probably a combo. Like Sponsen said, it would look better if you were to even out your strokes in the shading. The coloring looks nice though. Very vibrant.
I think its funny that he's in a suit.

Hmm... I can see it better now... and I kind of have to aggree with Snoink, love.
It is weird though, his head is turned towards the right but his shirt buttons are going to the left... (O_O) It also appears as if his shirt doesn't reach inside his pants... I mean, like, his shirt is too small at the bottom or the top of the pants are too large...

I also have a how to draw manga book by christaphor hart. It's pretty good but it was after that when I decided that I like to draw fantasy more. Dragons are my specialty.

You need to improve greatly on your colouring. Try to avoid pens and use pencils and paints so you can shade your pictures. Show where the shadows are and where the light is coming from.
Apart from that, your best piece yet. Even if it is copied from a book. (A thing you should avoid)
No, since the pinkie is anti-aliased you must of mistaken it for another opposable thumb, making it 2 thumbs on one hand.
I thought it was too. But you can clearly see the direction of the hand and the thumb.
