Yep there probably over a million new people huh? Anyway I'm Sharlene and I'm 13++ That's about it if there are any further questions ask me. And yeah I've always sucked at introductions.
Hey Sharlene and welcome to YWS! You'll probably get the hang of this site quite soon, I did. If you have any questions just Private Message (PM) me. Or alternatively you can ask qustions at the question forum. It's in the Welcome Mat section. If you have trouble finding it go onto this: http://www.youngwriterssociety.com/topic1057.html I just have a few qustions: Where are you from? Do you have a favourite author? What do you usually write about?
Well, I hope I see you around! ~Tamara xx
Someone told me there's a girl out there, with love in her eyes and flowers, in her hair.
It's awesome that you could join us. This is one of the best websites on the internet, and after a few months, I think you'll find your writing will have improved a lot . Speaking of which, what kinds of stuff do you like to write? Are you more of a poetry or fiction person? My name is in light green, which means I'm a Junior Moderator, so you can come to me with any questions you have or help that you might need. Have fun, and enjoy your time on the site.

You are a very lucky person; you found The Young Writer's Society. Your awesomeness has officially upgraded. It has in my opinion, anyway. The site itself is great. There are some really cool members, great literary work, and the site itself looks pretty. I think it does, that is. You might be feeling a little lost at the moment, but that's fine. If you have any questions about where something is or how something works, just send me a private message and ask me for some help. I will be happy to show you around the site.
Yep there probably over a million new people huh?
A million and one, to be exact. Not really, that would be seriously cool though... there'd be a load of new members swarming the place! They would take over the site, and then, the world. Haha... I'm a dork.
Anyway, enough about me being a dork. I want to know a bit about you! Your name is really pretty, by the way. When you said you were 13++, was that a code for something? I bet you're actually, like, fifty four. Okay... maybe not. What have you looked at so far on this site? Do you like what you see, so far? If you haven't already, you should check out YWS chat. It's on the homepage, in case you ddin't know. Click on the link that says Enter Our Chatroom. Badabing, badaboom, you're there! That's a great way of meeting some new friends.
So yeah, if you have any problems or questions, just send me a private message (PM) and ask away! I'm not going to keep you long, I'm probably already getting on your nerves.
Ok basically I live in Singapore. As for favourite writers...well I continiosly changeup (I am those kind of people that don't stick too one favourite for a long period of time...hehe) I write about sci-fi/fantasy. I love this stuff although my writing is not too goodand i'm prone to errors...
To Skins: 13++ just means that I'm 13years,XXmonths,XXdays old because I don't want to grow up*ahem* so I don't count myself 14 until it is officially the 14th of November.
XD. Welcome to YWS, Pixel! I hope you're enjoying it here, I'd actually be surprised if you weren't. Hehe. So, how long have you been writing? I started writing about four or five years ago. It's not as long as some people, but we all share a common goal here. To one day make the cross from writers to authors. Am I right? XD. Anyways, have you taken the time to visit our lovely user-friendly chat room? It's a great place to meet some of our fantastical members, so go ahead and check it out some time. Well, have a g'day! And always, ALWAYS, keep smiling! -Mizz

Hey there! Welcome to YWS! Tis the land where only cool people are. What a fail at Olde English. xD So what does thee like to write? Read? Do you know what A Very Potter Musical is? It's totally awesome. Once you post some stuff, you get great feedback. Some places you should check out are:
The Chat room-To meet really cool people! No stalker-creeper-peepers here!
Will Review for Food- To request reviews from some really great writers. Some people I think have really well done reviews are: Skins, Elinor Brynn, Shubhilovestowrite, captain.classy and loads more! Actually, most YWSers are really good reviewers These are just from personal experience
Storybooks- These are like RPG's if you know what those are. Someone presents an idea for a story and you make a character for that story. Then you write in that character's point of view. It sounds lame when I explain it but they're actually really cool plus you get to improve your writing loads.
Groups- Now there are lots of groups, for books, shows, movies, bands-and you can join any of them. Just go to Groups at the Navigation Bar and you're on your way!
If you have any questions or just want to talk PM me
Again, welcome!

I am nothing but a mouthful of 'sorry's, half-hearted apologies that roll of my tongue, smoothquick, like 'r's or maybe like pocket candy that's just a bit too sweet.
May I just want to know how did you find this site?
I hope you'll enjoy your stay here as much as I do. Here, there are threads, discussions, forums and etc., that might help you when it comes to your literary skills. And if you post something, don't worry, 'cause I'm 99.9% sure that someone will review it. Here, we help and treat each other like a family. hehe. Like, if you have some problems with this site, you can ask the 'awesome 'admin guy', Nate. He's one of the coolest person because he created this site with TLC (tomato, lettuce and cheese? No, it's tender loving care). You can also ask me or any mods here if you have some major circumstances going on. And if you review, you would definitely get reviews.
Enjoy!
PM me for questions or if you want to ask for a review.
Peace out!
