Definitely keep drawing. You said you did these about a year ago? These are pretty good for a twelve-year-old's doodles. I think you could be a really great artist if you just practice and put some time and effort into your drawings. Don't put yourself down.
'The name's Salmon, like the fish. First name, Suzie.'
'Don't make people into heroes, John, they don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.'
Hi Calligraphy! First, I have to ask you: do you like to draw? Do you enjoy drawing? If so, never, ever say you're bad at it. People tend to try to agree with whoever made the art/literature/music or whatever they're looking at/listening to. Thus, if you tell yourself you're bad at drawing, not only will you put yourself down enough so as not to succeed, but other people will agree that you're bad at drawing, too. Does that make any sense? For example, I tell myself that I'm good at writing for my age. I don't know if I am or not, but I want to be, so I pretend I am. My expectations of myself are high, so I tend to meet them. And, other people agree. For the record, you're an amazing drawer. Keep it up!
This is definitely a stylized type of drawing, but I really like it. You have a great sense with textures and patterns, and it shows. Obviously, they aren't realistic, but art isn't always about reflecting reality. In fact, it usually isn't. I really like them. Love the colors, especially in the first one. Great style- if you ever want some tips on drawing in a more realistic style, or have some questions, feel free to PM me. I'd love to help. I too am a fan of drawing.
These aren't as bad as you hype them up to be...they just need a little work is all... But on the bright side I could totally tell what all the pictures were...(especially the doodle at the end since it was my favorite)... The style you used for these doodles are unique and even though you say they aren't good I would like to just say...i beg to differ. Skittles Tips and Suggestions : 1. I know these are just doodles, but these would look really good if you made them into water-colorings. (we all start as doodles before growing up to be our parent's masterpiece.) 2. Don't think so harsh of yourself...when I draw I just whip out my feelings on a piece of paper... in other words everyone can draw...your drawings just reflect your feelings. 3. "Amazing artists" don't just get born with "amazing drawing powers" it just takes time and lots of DESIRE, and FAITH in yourself, PRIDE knowing you'll set goals for yourself and achieve getting that feeling you just did better than some snobby brat. Oh and lets not forget to LOOK at surroundings more in depth, feel the things that hurt the worst but also the things that make you smile and before forgetting, frame it in your artwork... PASSION.

p.s. These were pretty nice...
When life hands you lemons.....stuff them in your bra... Dear Edward, Piss off you poser ,Dracula Do you bite your thumb at me Sir?! My mama used to say life was like a box of chocolates, you never know what ur gunna get...
There's one thing you have to tell yourself, if you don't like it try and improve it, if your happy with it then that's other peoples problem if you don't like it you an either get rid of it or change it. Also don't compare it with other peoples drawings, if there's is amazing it will only make you feel worse. I hope my advice help and don't beat yourself over your own drawings unless you really feel like you've disappointed your self. KEEP PRACTICING because practice makes BETTER, no perfect.

You have alot more to learn when drawing trees. lol. But people have splatered paint onto a canvas and they call that art so...hmmmm....I guess it is what you believe is beautiful lol...I think this is actually good for someone your age, and that if you practiced the trees would look like DaVinci's! >< P.S. I suck at drawing fish...U did a way better job than me.
Hi Calligraphy, CaptianRandom here. Look please don't take this the wrong way but these drawings look like a ten year old drew them, I'm really sorry to say this but I'm only giving my opinion and advice.
Although this is a place to post things and get advice if you thin k there really bad don't post them up, upload them when your happy with the picture.

These are really cute! The first one especially! I appreciate your attention to shading in the first one, people underestimate the importance of shading!!! Putting up old drawings is a really fun idea too, you can probably see quite a bit of improvement. Keep it up!

NEVER say you have no talent in drawing!!! I liked them, my favourite was the first and don't give yourself a hard time: most of the people I know can't draw at all. Be very thankful. I really do like your colouring and shading of the trees in the first one ... and the sky, with the moon in one corner. The tones in the sky were very good. I'm not exactly an art reviewer, so I can't give you much good advice; all I can say is that the first one was good - the others, too - but the later ones could do with a bit of improvement. I'm honestly not sure how to tell you how best to do this ... sorry ... Then again, I suppose the others have summed it up for me. Never, never, NEVER give up, practise and practise and practise, and you'll find you improve dramatically. Trust me, I know - Ignis
