Usergroups Revamp

In order to encourage participation, the usergroups section has been redone; everynow can now view all the forums except for the ones for moderators and administrators. If the group leader of a usergroup wants theirs to remain hidden, notify me via pm.

However, while you can view and read a usergroup, you cannot post in a usergroup unless you are a member. If you find a usergroup that you like, go to the "Join An Usergroup" link in the general menu.

That's a great idea... I honestly never knew there were that many usergroups, but now I might join another one or two... Cool.

I like the idea also. Often, I have no idea what goes on in a certain usergroup. The ability to see what happens there will make it a whole lot easier to make my decision. It will also make it easier to see which ones aren't being used.
