As of now, the coding side of things is essentially complete. You can view a mock-up of the links list here with placeholder descriptions. All that's really needed now are proper descriptions for each of the site areas. If several of us split up describing the links, I can see the Site Map being up and running really soon.
Here is a list of all the Site Map links/titles. All those followed by characters in parentheses will be links which need descriptions. You may notice that some links, namely under the MY YWS heading, share the same parenthetical references; it's because those links lead to the same places. In those cases, only one description is needed.
Some of the forums/areas already have good descriptions, so try and use those as much as possible, with modifications as necessary. These descriptions should be clear and concise and help users find what they're looking for. Length isn't really an issue, but try to keep things as brief as possible.
If you could post which links you plan to add descriptions for and edit your post as you finish writing them up, that would be great. Also, if you find factual errors/ways to phrase descriptions better, feel free to discuss them and make suggestions. The goal is to make the Site Map as accessible and user-friendly as possible, so the more people involved, the better.
